La Griffe Hotel was absolutely beautiful ! An eclectic mix between old art and statue mixed with avante guarde black and whites mixed in!! My room had red tones and was a wonderful atmosphere - and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The rooms were very hot because the rooms didn’t have sufficiently cold air conditioning, and they did not have enough fans to give us. It was very uncomfortable. We could not go to the 10th floor to enjoy the view because they always had functions going on and they came before hotel guests. The bar did not open until 5 pm. The elevators went up and down with guests for parties bypassing the floor we were staying on. The breakfast was good and the staff in the buffet were pleasant.

I stayed in July 16 2026. Temperatures were 95 and up every day and there was no AC. After complaining I only received a card to write my email. They lied saying it just broke I found other reviews from previous months with complaints no AC I wish I saw it prior making my reservation since I clearly requested my room with AC on my reservation, nothing was offered to me as a compensation and I had to buy my own fan to help me a little bit to sleep. I will not go back to this hotel again horrible experience.

We booked this property for a one night stay in Rome prior to our departure the next day. Prior to our arrival we received a notification that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel our reservation. We basically were stranded in Rome at 10 PM at night without lodging so we never stayed there but we would not recommend this place since they Are not reliable when we spoke to the front desk they did not even initiate the cancellation for us to receive the refund we had to go through the process of contacting Expedia to get our money back.

Overpriced hotel and amenities doesn’t seem enough for the price. i would still let that slide considering that’s what i consciously purchased, but this property is next to Hotel Quirinale which i think hosts some Live performances and music which is too loud and runs till 11pm-12midnight, and causes nuisance for sleep deprived travelers, like me, that too with family and kids
