Louis II not Louis.
Didn't get to stay in Louis as it was closed, got put up in the sister hotel Louis II. Which was fine.

Very friendly welcoming place.
I was made to feel very welcome here after I unexpectedly ended up having to stay overnight near the airport. I was quite stressed when I arrived but the front desk staff made me feel relaxed and the room was very comfortable. I didn't want to leave in the morning :) Thank you!!

Hyggeligt lille hotel tæt ved lufthavnen.
Fint værelse til en person med flot balkon. Tv med mange kanaler, minibaren var dog tom... Tæt på lufthavnen, kan derfor med fordel benyttes til overnatninger ved flyskift. Bemærk at det er klart billigst at anvende bussen fra banegården til & fra lufthavnen...

Hotel very nice room clean & comfortable.Owners & staff very friendly & helpful.Located in a nice area of the town, only 15 minutes by train into ROME city center.

the worst hotel experience ever!
I arrived at the hotel only to find the locked door with a message in Italian on it. Luckily they left a phone number. They transferred us to a different hotel without any warning. We had to walk for 20 minutes to the new hotel in the dark and with suitcases. A a compensation the manager said that he is sorry. The most horrific experience ever!

Actually this hotel is quite far from the airport. You have to take the taxi, it is quite expensive 20€ for 10minutes of travel.

If you are staying here for a Ryan air flight, please know that this hotel is not near the airport at all (it's behind it). It will cost you 20 euros in taxi fairs to get to the airport and a 25 minute ride. The bed smelled like urine and the room was stuffy and smokey. The only good thing is that we were able to check in at 10 p.m. With no issues or additional charges.

Clean but smoky
All fine given the price but the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Barely enough room for the bathroom toilet. Polite and helpful staff, but they didn't give a wi-fi password but rather asked to type it into our devices--odd.

Overnight stay
Coming from Rome to catch a flight out of CIA the next morning. Stayed here knowing it was close to the airport shuttle and knew it didn't have any frills (just needed a bed for the night). After we figured out to take the steps to the reception area we were greeted very warmly and given the keys to our room. The room was small as we predicted but bathroom was big. Hotel was close to shops and restaurants and an easy 10 minute walk to the train/bus terminal

Ciampino Close
Excellent Price, Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service! Just what I needed for a local accommodation supporting an early a.m. business flight out from Ciampino. I will definitely use Hotel Louis again whenever I travel from Ciampino.

Nice stay
It was short but we enjoyed the stay, Christiano,the owner arranged the taxi trip for us and programmed the wake up call. He also informed us about the nearby pizza places with great detail.

Sweet little hotek
For a budget airport hotel it was so sweet. Better than those unfriendly western ones. The staff are lovely and when i wanted a late night pasta they directed me to a very yummy place. Best service i got in dirty polluted rome. Then the next morning they were very helpful with train directions. Too bad the train station and the rest of the trip was filthy unfriendly cold hearted. Ill never visit the north of Italy and Rome again. Overpriced then no one cleans the streets nor public services... appauling.

Very kind hotel staff abd close to Airport
Great little hotel close to Ciampiano Airport. Easy to access airport. Nice neighborhood. Hotel staff extremely helpful and would like to thank them for their kindness in helping us with our travel needs. Would stay here again. Yes the shower is super tiny but didn't mind for the one evening we spent. Thank you.

Je ne recommande pas du tout
Nous avons reçu un très mauvais accueil dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir directement de l'aéroport (nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité), l'homme qui nous a reçu ne nous a dit ni bonsoir, ni au revoir, le seul mot (littéralement) qu'il a prononcé est "passeport", ni un sourire, ni même nous montrer notre chambre rien du tout. Nous avons été particulièrement étonnés de cet accueil désastreux. Quant à la chambre, elle est confortable et plutôt propre en dépit d'une araignée dans les draps... Sachez par contre que l'isolation est faible entre les chambres (nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois). Le pire de tout a vraiment été l'accueil. Nous sommes scandalisés d'avoir été accueilli comme ça, c'est inadmissible de la part d'un hôtel, surtout qu'on paye quand même 60€ la nuit !!! Le lendemain matin, un autre monsieur était à l'accueil et était très gentil, mais malheureusement il n'a pas suffit à nous faire oublier ce très mauvais accueil de la veille et cette nuit peu agréable.

Hotellets standard var bra men vid bokningen angavs avstånd till Ciampinos flygplats till 0,9 km fågelvägen. Vi tolkade detta som att det var gångavstånd till flpl, vilket gjorde att vi valde detta hotell istället för hotell i Rom. Avståndet var i verkligheten 3,6 km, gångväg fanns enl uppgift ej.

Sympa, bien situé et accueil de qualité
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car nous avons atterri à Ciampino à 23 heures 00. Cela nous a coûté 16€50 de taxi pour nous rendre de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Chambre propre, bien situé, peu bruyante. Une belle terrasse individuelle. Accueil sympa, effort pour parler en anglais et en français car nous ne parlons pas italien. Accueil de qualité malgré l'heure tardive. Au retour, comme nous décollions à 06 heures 30, nous avions également réservé dans cet hôtel. Le gérant a contacté un taxi pour que nous puissions être pris en charge à 05 heures 00. Aucun problème pour ce service, nous sommes arrivé à l'heure pour notre vol. Seul bémol, notre chambre était située au dessus de l'accueil et nous entendions la sonnette de la porte à l'arrivée d'autres clients et les discussions du veilleur de nuit qui a une voix qui porte...

Dålig hotel, ful med rök och otrevliga människor.Vi checkade in sent på kvällen och män i reception pratade ingen engelska.Vi hade bokad dubelroom för två vuxna och barn och började ge oss två nycklar för två room.sedan han visste inte vilken nycklel han ska ge så tog han våra passport och vägrade ge de tillbaka.på morgonen var det en annan man som pratade lite engelska och sa att om vi vill ha tillbaka våra passport så måste vi betala 20 euro extra för barn.Fast vi redan hade betalad 60 euro för dubbelrum med dubellsäng.Vi stannade där 8 timmar, men det luktade så fruktansvärd att jag hade huvudvärk...usch!Den äckligaste hotell vi upplevde

Small but clean, two thumbs up!
The hotel itself was a little hard to find but the locals were very friendly in offering assistance. The room was smaller than expected but it was neat and clean which is all I needed considering I was leaving early in the morning for a flight. Staff was very friendly in giving directions to things such as food and the bank and helping call for a cab. ** try the Chinese restaurant about 4-5 minute walk away from the hotel

Hotel Louis, be bedazzled!!!!
Not expecting much but when I was greeted by a smiling face and a nostalgic look of the Italian past I was blown away! These guys are amazing, freindly and very informative. I do feel they need to get the shower curtain fixed to give more comfort and to save the ceiling downstairs

Ciampino "by" har veldig lite å by på. Vi spurte en person om hva vi kunne gjøre i timene frem til vi skulle videre til flyplassen.."ta toget inn til Roma , kos dere med en iskrem" var svaret :-)) vi hadde dessverre ikke tid til der...:-))

Hotel spełnił swoje zadanie - miałem przespać się przed odlotem i to mi się udało! Jest czysto, dobrze działa internet! Gorzej jeśli chodzi o położenie - w informacji była mowa że hotel znajduje się 800m od lotniska (może w linii prostej - nie da się tam dojść na piechotę, a taksówka to ok 20 euro w jedną stronę). Dodatkowo hotel nie oferuje nic do jedzenie lub picia (nie ma nawet automatu - więc trzeba być na to przygotowanym). Jednak ogólnie oceniam hotel dobrze!

We had two night here and had an amazing room with a very nice terrace that was nice to relax during the evenings before heading out for drinks, great location form the train station and airport with very nice prices all round, just dont bring to much luggage as the hotel in up a flight of stairs with no lift, but its only s small compromise considering the location.

Close to Station, 15 minutes on train to Rome
Nice Hotel in a good position.Especially good to get the train into Rome. We had a couple of issues with the Hotel. We booked a twin but got a double.The Owner/ Reception staff fill the whole hotel with cigarette smoke- clearly the inside smoking ban has not reached this Hotel! No breakfast available is a bit of a pain.
