Overall good stay. The location is great and walkable to most of the sites in Rome. Having an in room coffee maker was great. The staff were very pleasant. The hotel is older, but comfortable. Would stay again in Rome.

Everything was fine even the lady who helped us get in early and hold our luggage’s after check out . One thing I pointed out to her was the shower and sink it kept on getting clogged and my partner had to wait almost an hr to take a shower and brush his teeth a little annoying . Other than this everything g else was fine Rome was spectucular and everything is closed by by walking and excellent food

This was easliy the worst hotel I"ve ever stayed in. Completely false adverstising from the name of the place "luxary" to the pictures to the description. The place has no parking (paid or unpaid). The rooms are very small, old, and dirty. The bathrooms and showers have mold on the edges and there is no staff at all to assist those who arrive in the evening. This is not a hotel. It's boarding rooms that should cost no more than $50 a night, at most. Avoid at all cost.

The location is absolutely wonderful for the hotel which makes staying here worth it if you are looking for something cheap and don't plan on being there much. There is plenty to do nearby, a pharmacy and shops right on the street. The Trevi Fountain a 9 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro. The rooms are big enough with beds for 3 people which we appreciated. There was AC and it worked great. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived. The toilet seat was not connected and just sitting on the toilet. The shower and sink were not cleaned as there were used soap bars and bottles of soap sitting from past guests. There was no soap provided to us (no shampoo, conditioner or body wash) which it said in the listing. The breakfast provided was not actually breakfast, just packaged croissants, which were opened when we arrived. They do have a coffee pot in your room. The wifi worked good. The check in was easy enough but minimal english!

Vi hade önskemål om badkar och fick ett jacuzzi. Som vi inte kunde använda för att det kom ut fräscht från rören och bubblorna funkade inte heller. Rummet var litet men ok. Frukost fick vi på rummet. En stol den andra fick sitta sängen och äta. Mycket enkel frukost. Luxyry room - nä inte det minsta. Det enklaste vi har haft i Rom.

This is a small hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of most major points of interest. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, cappuccino maker, kettle, and a selection of coffee, tea, jam, juice boxes, yogurt, and water. The hotel also provided prepacked cookies and croissants in plastic bags, which made for an easy breakfast before heading out. Christina at the front desk was very helpful and always happy to provide additional supplies. I’m not sure about the air conditioning, as we didn’t use it, so if you’re visiting in warmer months, it’s worth confirming in advance.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway of three days. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The toilet was not cleaned after room service had been in the room, and neither the bed sheets nor the pillowcases were changed during our stay. The bed was simply made each day. The breakfast, which was advertised as being provided by the hotel, consisted of two croissants in a plastic bag and a small juice carton left outside our room. In addition, we noticed that staff entered our room several times while we were away. For example, they turned off the air conditioning that we had left on so the room would be cool when we returned in the evening. The staff were very friendly, and the location is great. However, those were unfortunately the only truly positive aspects of our experience.
