Great location walking distance to all major plazas.. only thing would be aware of it is a very busy area, the noise of the music down stairs does not quite down unit about 2AM so keep this in mind if your window faces the plaza .. other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great location. Plenty of space for a family of four. It’s right by the market and restaurants so it’s a little loud on a Friday/ Saturday night, but it wasn’t a problem for our tired family. Breakfast included is minimal, but you can deduct the cost of the included breakfast towards a better offering at the restaurant. Staff was lovely and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here! This was our first time in Rome, and everything from check in to check out was perfect! We loved opening the patio doors in the evening and overlooking the piazza where we could feel the energy from the people eating and laughing. Perfect location! Comfortable beds! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

People should be warned about this property. At the cost of almost $500 per night, my sister and I got a room that was terribly noisy until 3 or 4 am every night. Also, the bed was hard, there was no elevator and we had to climb up and down two flights of narrow, steep and treacherous stairs (and we are in our seventies), the air conditioner didn’t work, so other than being in a good location for all the major sites, I would not recommend. Lastly, the place is a fire trap.
