Monteverde Bright Apartment

Comfortable 65 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people and located on the second floor of a renovated period building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The accommodation is located in the residential area of Monteverde, not far from the Roma Trastevere train station and it is possible to reach the center in about 30 minutes. The apartment consists of two living rooms, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.



The apartment is organized as follows:

- STUDIO with sofa and access to the balcony.

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (140x190 cm), dining table.

- KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka and dining table.

- BEDROOM with double bed (160x190cm), wardrobe.

- BATHROOM with sink, bathtub with shower, bidet and toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.



Considered the green corner of Rome, the Monteverde district is one of the most famous in the capital. The Monteverde district is located behind the Gianicolo, on a tuff hill, called Monteverde because there are many areas of vegetation, first of all the Doria Pamphilj Park. In ancient times, Caesar's Gardens were located here. Today it is a place of great peace and tranquility, despite being part of the city center, it still retains the charm of the hill, isolated from the chaos and traffic.Monteverde has no subway stops but is crossed by numerous bus lines.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.



-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment with the regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.



The building is located outside the ZTL. It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, about a 10-minute walk away.



Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.



It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.



Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance)
