This is a great hotel because of the location but it’s not a 5-star as advertised. The rooms are a bit dated and the shower wasn’t the cleanest, but if your only in town to catch a train from Rome Termini, then you can’t beat the location! The staff is really friendly too.

While staying at this hotel, a bottle of champagne was included with our room. The front desk said they would bring it to us, but even by 9 p.m., it hadn’t arrived. So I called and mentioned that we’re Expedia VIP customers, and that we were told at check-in that a bottle of champagne was included with our stay. They said they would check again, and only after that did they finally bring it to our room.

Convenient for the train station.

The hotel is very American for being in Italy. Right next to the train station in Rome, which made it a good stay for our last leg of the trip--we could take the train to the airport the next morning while still being able to enjoy Rome for the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was large but basic.

Absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was beautiful! 100% recommend and we will defo be back again! All the staff were lovely and so welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was big and the bed was so comfy! The room was stunning!!! Also fantastic location! 2 min walk from termini station. We loved every minute!!
