"I stayed for four nights, and on two of them, the air conditioning didn't work properly. Despite my complaint, nothing changed. I drive a Mercedes V-Class—a vehicle similar in size to many others (including the hotel's own van)—yet I was charged double for parking (€20 instead of €10 per night) on the grounds that my car took up two spaces. I didn't find this fair, and I believe the hotel should reconsider this policy....very unfair."
