Esta mala revisión no nos sorprende, ya que fue una de las amenazas que usted utilizo para conseguir un rembolso, sin alguna razón. Primero, que no somos un hotel está muy claro por Expedia que escribe que somos “Suites” y nunca Hotel. fue entonces su error reservar con nosotros si buscaba un hotel tradicional. Y está no es una razón por un rembolso. Segundo, es una mentira total que no ofrecemos algún servicio,Ya que ha reservado una suite de 27 mq por 3 personas durante Navidad y Santo Stefano que tiene incluido un Hammam privado, una jacuzzi, un fresco en el techo, Netflix gratuito, A/R, cafetería y tisanas. Todo en la zona más central de la ciudad.Seguramente un hotel tradicional nunca le hubiera ofrecido estos servicios.No es nuestra culpa si tenían 6 maletas muy grandes.Además no se puede paragonar el precio en las minute de un hotel del 22 de Diciembre con un tarifa standard ( que ya que se puede cancelar hasta 5 días antes) de días como el 25Y el 26 que salen mucho más caros porque la demanda sube. Pero estos son los precios del Centro Histórico de Roma durante la alta temporada. El desayuno no estaba incluido en su tarifa, porque no lo pagó, aunque ofrecimos a los tres un desayuno continental por un día, con servicio en la habitación. A todos lo que compran una tarifa con desayuno, le incluye la opción de un desayuno continental a la carta en la habitación, (como lo que le llevamos) o con buffet en el bar a la planta cero del mismo edificio.Otra mentira. La recepción esta si abierta 12 horas durante el día, pero por la noche hay un colaborador que vive abajo y sube por cualquier necesidad.. entonces la recepción es por 24 horas, incluso la virtual.Por fin su juicio contradice lo de la mayoría de los huéspedes que nos dieron 9/10.Por lo contrario si podíamos dar nosotros una recisione a usted como huésped sería 0, ya que nos insultó, amenazó y fue muy molesto. Una conducta que ya señalamos a Expedia y esperamos de no verla nunca más.

Estimando Cliente, lo siento que no le haya gustado mucho la habitación, pero hay algunas cosas que queremos precisar. Primero. Nunca nos promocionamos como un hotel, más como hostal con Suites. Tampoco alquilamos pisos como los de Airb&b. Y está muy claro en Expedia y en Hoteles.com. Entonces si buscaba un hotel tradicional ha sido su error reservar aquí.Segundo. El problema del agua caliente fue solo de presión, nunca de falta total de agua caliente. De todas formas, le cambiamos inmediatamente de habitación para solucionarlo. Nada trágico, ya que el huésped que entró en su primera habitación fue avisado y la disfrutó sin lamentarse, a diferencia de usted. Usted siempre tuvo agua caliente los 4 días, a parte 10 minutos que tuvimos que quitarla a todas las habitaciones, solo para cambiar un pedacito de la caldera que había el problema. Lo sentimos pero no fue nada trágico ya nadie tampoco se lamentó a parte usted.Tercero. El desayuno está preparado por un bar muy bueno del centro y le llevamos exactamente lo que usted nos pidió a través del menú (Centrífugas, zumos, huevos. Fruit salad, sandwich, croissant), con servicio en la habitación.Y no es nada verdad que hay ruido, si las ventanas están cerradas, ya que están insonorizadas. Es claro que si se dejan abiertas algo se escucha, porque estamos en la parte más turística de la ciudad.Por fin, el precio que pago es lo mínimo que se pueda pagar en el centro histórico durante la alta temporada. Cuando hay mucha demanda el precio sube. Es una regula de mercado. Pero le garantizo que con el mismo precio nunca hubiera alquilado una Suite con Jacuzzi y sauna finlandesa dentro la habitación, como la que le dimos.La verdad es que la mayoría de los clientes son entusiastas, pero ustedes vinieron con expectativas imposibles de satisfacer.

We are not aware of any problem with the shower and nobody has ever complained about that. It is hard to answer to an anonymous review like this one, since we don’t even know in which room you suppose to have had this issue

Dear guest, you regularly booked a room for the date we charged, although you said you wanted to book another date. I am sorry for that but we had to keep your reservation, that was the last room available and someone of the staff had to wait for you until 1 am. Just when we called you by the phone you told us that you made a mistake and wanted to reserve for the day after. That was your issue not ours, and you would have been charged either in every hotel of the world. It wouldn’t make sense to have a cancellation policy and a not refundable rate if everyone could cancel freely without penalty just saying: I wanted to book for another day.

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, aber ich habe mit Freude gelesen, dass Sie geschrieben haben, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Diese Informationen sind völlig falsch. Unter dem Fenster seines Schlafraums (neben dem Tisch) lagen zahlreiche Barprodukte, alle streng verpackt und einzeln dosiert, aus Gründen der Covid-Prävention und standen ihm zur Verfügung. Es gab auch einen Kaffee- und Cappuccino-Automaten im Zimmer. Er hat sie offensichtlich nicht angerührt, weil er dachte, sie wären ein Extra zu zahlen außer, abgesondert, ausgenommen. Wenn Sie uns nur gefragt hätten, hätten wir erklärt, dass sie alle in Ihrem Preis enthalten sind. Ich hoffe, sie wieder als Gast zu haben, damit sie sie das nächste Mal ausprobieren kann.

Dear Guest, we don’t have a physical reception due to covid emergency and to limitate the contacts within the clients as much as we can. But we are always available even though a monitor in reception or via WhatsApp 24 hours a day. And to avoid any stress at late any arrival like yours ( 11:30 PM) we always suggest the guests to make the self check before your arrival by your device instead of a totem ( it only takes 3 minutes!) , in order not to waste a second to taking the key room. As the matter of fact when you asked us to leave your luggages until the evening, we immediately respond you that was possible and sent you a new key for the entrance. My housekeeper put your staff in a small room without a key, but there’s a security camera watching that room, and nobody else was using it but you. Regarding the bottle of water, I would like to clarify that the water of Rome is TOTALLY DRINKABLE and remind you that we gave you a bottle of Prosecco, tea and Nespresso coffe cups, for free.

Dear Guest, We are sorry for your low rating regarding the room you slept in. This is a 25 sqm Luxury Suite plus the bathroom, which we normally sell at triple the price you paid thanks to a super and shocking discount from the Expedia VIP program, to which we joined because chosen by Expedia on the basis of the services we offer. We therefore regret having sold a room for the price of a youth hostel to people who did not appreciate the numerous 4-star services received, completely free of charge. We remind you that you even got a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, tea, herbal teas and a Nespresso machine with free pods as a gift. The room is soundproofed and meets all safety standards for the covid, thanks to an ozone machine to purify the air, which is switched on 24 hours a day. Among the services we offer there is also a powerful Wi-Fi, free Netflix in all rooms. The electronic self check in you complained about is for everyone's safety, thanks to a totem like in the airport, certainly not for a lack of services. And it works really good. That’s why we have a double Wi-Fi connection. No one has ever complained about the mattresses that are in memory foam and produced by the best Italian company in the hotel industry. As for the rooms that you consider worn compared to the photos, we respect your judgment but it does not agree with that of all the other guests. I don't know what standards you are used to but I can assure you that in the center of Rome there are very few properties that can offer value for money as high as ours.
