Lovely apartment in terrific location.

While visiting Rome we stayed 6 nights. Location was great to walk everywhere - sites, Vatican, shops, restaurants. The apartment was ideal - spacious and comfortable! Washer and dryer came in very handy. Would stay here again. Thanks!!

Wonderful apartment in Prati

The apartment was conveniently located to the Lepanto stop and within a short walk to the Vatican. It was very large, well equipped, comfortable, and a grocery store was literally on the other side of the block, which made it easy to stock up on supplies. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Beautiful spacious and clean

Wonderful apartment! Very spacious, clean, safe, and beautiful. It was hot in Rome during our stay and nice and cool inside with the a/c. Close to Vatican and leppanto metro.

Excellent Accommodation and Location

We stayed for a little over a week at this clean and new apartment. It was within walking distance to the Vatican and many other picturesque neighborhoods in Rome. The owners were also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a night. There were some minor plumbing issues - leaky bathroom sink, and kitchen sink takes a while to drain - but otherwise it was a great home base in a safe neighborhood.

Tolles Appartment

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Das Appartment ist sehr komfortabel und groß. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Viertel Prati ist vergleichsweise sehr gepflegt und man findet in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Appartments viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte sowie gute Bars und Restaurants. Die Nähe zum Vatikan ist praktisch und auch die U-Bahn sowie viele Buslinien sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Fazit: Ein sehr guter Ausgangsort für alle Aktivitäten. Vielen Dank für den guten Service und die Organisation des Flughafen-Transfers.

Location, Location, Location

This property was the best one we stayed at during our Italy trip. It was just as pictured, AC worked well, both bedroom were perfect as were the bathrooms. The location was the best part of it for us as it was in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the tourist attractions. The only thing that I would say is that the sauna was not working but that didn't matter to us as we had no intentions of using it. It did have a weird smell to it but we just kept that door closed. Our host were thoughtful and kept in touch with us in case we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to others:) Thank you for a great stay!

Gorgeous and perfect position

After staying in some pretty small hotel rooms, it was a lovely way to spend our last nights in Italy. The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean for myself, my husband and our daughter. It was well located and a 20 minute walk to key areas or close to the train station. We would go back for sure.

Amazing apartment - great location and attention to all details

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a bit over a month. Nicola was a great host and the apartment is incredibly well located, away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance from all major sites of the city. It is very well decorated and complete with everything you would need for either short or long stays. We definitely recommend it.

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. La décoration est élégante et moderne. L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter tous les grands sites romains à pied avec une petite fille de 8 ans. Le métro est juste à côté. Il y a plein de commerces aux alentours. Vraiment c'est un très bon choix pour une semaine à Rome. Petit bémol, situé en rez de chaussée, il est face aux poubelles et en période de grève ( c'est ce que nous avons pensé du moins...), c'est pas extra..., mais à l'intérieur çà l'est. Nicola est très disponible. Il nous a gentiment organisé les transferts. Merci Nicola!

Gepflegte Wohnung in schönem Stil

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, noch sehr italienischen Stadtteil. Alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Will man jedoch die üblichen Highlights besuchen, ist nur die Engelsburg und der Vatikan wirklich nah. Alles andere erreicht man nach 30 Minuten Spaziergang. Die Wohnung selbst ist top. Alles wunderbar gepflegt und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Standard dieser Wohnung übertrifft alles, was ich bisher in Rom gebucht habe. Wir habe eine Woche zu fünft dort verbracht und es war mit den zwei Bädern und der sehr großen tolle Wohnküche für alle sehr komfortabel. Es gibt einfach nichts, was in der Wohnung fehlt.

Glædeligt gensyn med Prati

Det var anden gang vi boede i lejligheden. Alt fungerede bare perfekt. Lejligheden er rummelig til 4 personer, køkkenet veludstyret og beliggende suveræn. Centralt og alligevel lidt var lidt væk fra turistmyldret. Vi glæder os allerede til næste gang.

Suveræn lejlighed & beliggenhed

Det var helt igennem en fantastisk oplevelse - suveræn lejlighed med ALT, hvad man behøver. Selv internettet var helt upåklageligt og velfungerende. Ejeren var super professionel og hjælpsom hele vejen igennem. Når man skrev til ham, var han på kort tid efter. Vi har været i Rom mange gange og kendte lidt til kvarteret og vores ophold understregnede blot, at det var det helt rigtige valg, hvis man vil opleve lidt af det "lokale" romerske miljø. Her er masser af liv - med barer, restauranter og lokale indkøbsmuligheder. Du føler dig som en "lokal" her, selvom det er blot 5 minutters gang fra alt turismen ved Peterskirken. Giver meget gerne 10 stjerner til denne bolig, men skalaen går kun til 5. Håber at kunne vende tilbage næste gang, vi er i Rom.
