Sehr freundliches gut geschultes Personal. Man fühlt sich als Gast und nicht als Konsument. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Erstklassige Bett-und Badewäsche. Ausgesprochen sauberes Badezimmer. Und alle sprechen ein gutes "Englisch" und das in einem italienischem Hotel :)

The location is near U.S. Embassy. The area is very safe, quiet and close to the Borghese Museum. Bus and metro are nearby. The hotel doormen are very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and shining. The room is very spacious. I was amazed to see how luxurious the bathroom is with beautiful marble floor and countertops, heated tower racks. etc. Looks like luxury is just daily routine to Roman and the love of stone is in their genes. LOL. There are two room service per day. The evening service put towels in front of each side of the bed and put slippers on the towels. Very considerate. I didn't try the SPA but it looks very cozy. I recommended highly the hotel to all my friends. It was such a pleasant time.

五つ星に相応しい風格とサービスの最高のホテルでした。到着時に運悪くロストバゲッジとなってしまったのを、コンシェルジュが丁寧に対応してくれ、何とか次の滞在地に出発する前に届けさせることができました。 部屋も豪華で広く、快適な滞在でした。

The staff was very attentive. We were treated to a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. There was a room service done twice a day and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location is fantastic for walkability to everything. They will call for a taxi if you need one.
