Was close to all the main attractions (within a 45 minute walk to most, but closer to others) The rooms are small, but the beds and showers were great!
The area is quite nice, walkable, safe.
The staff members are excellent, they provided me all the informations I needed.
Overall Rome is a nice city to visit hope to visit again.
Great neighborhood and very close to the Metro. Walking distance to many of the major sites. Staff was attentive and looked after one problem quickly. Rooms are compact but well designed. Bathroom was beautiful. Quiet.
I loved my stay here. The room was perfect size for a solo traveler. I booked the Medium Room with Terrace and the terrace was gorgeous and HUGE. Comes with a table, two chairs, and an umbrella. The bathroom was as beautiful as the pictures show with the green marble. Everything was clean and updated. There are a few stairs before you get to the lift so beware if you have heavy luggage. The lift is also tiny and not air conditioned which is normal. Secure entry to the building and the room, daily free water. There’s a mini fridge, tea kettle, and assorted teas. They also have a wine opener and mugs/wine glasses. 10/10 overall and I’d definitely book with Numa again for future travels.
Self service hotel is new for me. Housekeeping is extra fee, no problem. Breakfast is not in the hotel. Not convenient for my aunt. It was a difficult walk for her. Easy walk for me. Breakfast was a 5 min walk. Took us a half hour. The room is simple. But it was clean and comfortable
I was quite pleasantly surprised with this place. A great affordable find in a great area. I was expecting an old inn, instead was welcomed with a modern remodeled design that clearly showed thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Comfortable with a great feel of community space. The hallway is impeccably clean and there is always coffee and water available.
Note: There is no reception desk. All management is done via the web. I found it quite impressive. It takes a bit of adjusting but I think it works great as it allows for affordable prices. Water and AC sometimes had issues, but it was forgiven given that everything else worked well.
The hotel is very well located, with an efficient digital system for reservations, check-in, check-out, and support, making the stay quite convenient.
The room is small, and the position of the bed makes it easy to bump your shins. The bathroom shower is extremely tight, with no door, causing water to splash all over the space. It feels more like a narrow alley than a proper shower, which makes it uncomfortable.
The breakfast, served outside the hotel, is lacking in both variety and quantity. However, the staff is very friendly and polite, which is a positive.
The quality of the mattress, towels, sheets, and pillows could also be improved, as they range from mediocre to poor.
Very cool concept in the sense that everything is electronic. Upon online check in, you receive a PIN code that gets you access to the building and your room. No need for key swiping. There is no concierge or front desk staff. Everything is online. Room was very clean, new and modern. Our room was very small with minimal extra space for luggage. We made it work and wasn’t a huge deal for us since we were only there for a couple nights. Our only complaint was the air conditioner…very loud and noisy making it difficult to sleep. I tried changing rooms but there was nothing else available. For a short stay, I would book again.
There's no hotel employees to help the customers. You have to register yourself on-line, which requires all your information and download a photo of your identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Then you will get a text with your room number and access code to get into the property front door and your room. Our room 567 was tiny, there was less than 12 inches between the end of the bed and the wall. There was very little space for suitcases and the bathroom was also very small, and the temperature on the shower was difficult to control. You had to go up some stairs to get to the very small 3 person elevator. On the plus side the room, halls and lobby was clean. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property was clean and well maintained, in a great location with easy access to major sites and attractions and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The shower did not have good water pressure, and the water temperature constantly switched from hot to cold on its own.
This property as a contactless check in system, where guests complete online registration and receive a PIN number rather than a key card for their door. Ordinarily this process would be great for introverts wanting a quiet accommodation with no interaction with staff, however because I did not have an Italian phone number it was challenging. Travellers from other countries using an E SIM/data only SIM be aware that an Italian phone number is required for access to your room. The whatsapp phone number for the property on their website and physically placarded in the lobby did not work either, so myself and my husband had to wait for over an hour to have back and forth email communication with the property to resolve this issue.
That being said, the staff were helpful and prompt in their email responses and if you have an Italian phone number/SIM card you will not encounter this problem.
Overall my stay was enjoyable, however the water pressure/temp needs to be addressed and considerations for overseas travellers needs to be taken into account with the virtual check in system.
