旅館的位置有點隱密，所以要花點時間才能順利找到！旅館服務人員親切且熱心。除此之外，早餐還會在指定的時間送到房間，讓房客能輕鬆的在房內享用！

The single worst experience I've had at a hotel. My wife and I booked this hotel, which is described as a 5-star hotel on their website and google. When checking in to what looked like an apartment-turned-multi-room-hotel, we were told it is not a 5-star hotel but rather a small bed and breakfast. The room was small but suitable. After a long day of travel and tours, my wife and I wanted to shower and go to sleep. There was no hot water, and when we ran the shower, it did not drain. Had we let it run for more than 30-45 seconds, it would overflow into the rest of the bathroom. Understanding that these things happen, we contacted the maintenance line at ~6:30PM and a woman answered who continuously repeated "email me, email me, email me" while speaking over me. I assume this was due to a language barrier which is understandable as well. This is where things turned sour. We were told that someone would come the next day at 7AM. At 10PM that night, my wife and I were comfortably in bed when we heard the lock on the door click, and the door swung open. A man and a woman (who did not identify themselves; burglars for all we knew) came into the room yelling at us in Italian. Not only was this startling, but is against Italian law to enter a private room without notice or consent. They proceeded to yell in broken English that nothing was wrong with the shower despite not being able to get hot water, nor running it for more than 2-3 seconds. When I finally realized they must work the

Area very fealty, we arrived at the place and no one would open the door, also another couple were waiting for an hour. Holmes were sleeping in the ally. Urin was found on the ground nest to the door. Not to recommend this for any one.

Great location. BUT NOT A HOTEL.

Location was great. a semi B&B / Hostel. room was renovated recently BUT AC did not cool the room, hot water was in and out, no onsite support after 3pm, 4 hangers and no dresser, elevator not available until the 1st flight of steps. No lobby or communal area to meet up with friends. Breakfast minimal. Need to mention again the location was great!!!

Amazing rooms in the middle of History.

We simply loved being in the middle of so much history. This is no where there are hundreds of other vacationers, you are in a stunning local neighborhood. Better, smaller, restaurants with locals at the table next to you. The freshest food. This central location puts you within 10-15 minute walk of ALL the famous sites. No uber necessary.

This was an immersion into the Italy culture! Our "apartment" was located in a bldg adjacent to the ruins of Appollus and where Julius Caesar was killed. LOVED location and ambiance. We were on second floor and other companies had apartments on other floors. We were met by an individual and assisted to checkin but couldn't access room until after 2:00. This lady spoke little English which was understandable being that we were in Rome. Our room had a queen bed and another bed (which we paid extra), working windows which was really cool! Nice bathroom. We had issues with the bathroom door getting locked and the lady didn't think we could understand her but she was talking about us to another lady who helped her get the door unlocked. After that, a nice young man was at the desk and we had no other issues. Breakfast was delivered to us. Croissants were the best. We wanted to stay in a place with character and this was it. Bed was cozy and clean. A little pricey but we were there in high season.
