The Space

This bright apartment opens onto a welcoming living room with wooden floors, furnished in a contemporary style that still respects the classic character of the building. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two guests, a modern smart TV, and an elegant dining area. A dedicated work station is also available—perfect for guests who need to attend to professional activities during their stay in Rome.

The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, equally comfortable, is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together upon request, offering a flexible solution for friends or family traveling together.

In total, the apartment can accommodate up to six guests and also offers a second full bathroom with a shower, modern and functional.

The kitchen, while not eat-in, is fully equipped with everything you may need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas cooktop, and dishwasher, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. A storage room that also serves as a laundry area completes the available spaces.
