This was hidden away in a basement and was musty smelling. No air conditioner, just a fan. We could not open the window above the bed as the street noise was terrible. Motorcycles and buses all night log. There were no lamps beside the bed which would have been helpful as the overhead light was way too bright. There was lots of space as it included a dining area and kitchen. However the sink leaked all over the floor and the host only laid down towels to soak up the flow of water. The TV did not work at all and no attempt was made to remedy the situation. It was probably dead batteries as the TV would come on but the remote did not work. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work.

Es un sótano, por debajo del nivel de la acera. La casera india es muy antipática... Todo está muy viejo y se estropea constantemente. Está muy oscuro((( La ubicación está bien. Una noche como máximo.

This place was basically a dudgeon in the Basement without AC and it was over 100 degrees in Rome that day. We tried to contact the owner with no response so we left immediately and booked another place. The place was not habitable, very hot, dirty and stained linens and smelled of cigarettes. We have not received any help from the owner or Expedia, so we are out all that money, but at least we did not die from heat exhaustion!

Actually a gorgeous little apartment with living room area, dining & kitchen. Clean, in a nice little area away from the chaos but still accessible to city. Only complaint is surely the tv would be better in room with the couch. So why the low score? The weekend I was there hot water was off. I appreciate this probably isn’t an issue most of the time, but it did affect my stay there greatly

Normalmente non lascio recensioni, non mi è mai interessato farlo, ma questa volta non posso farne a meno: scadente la struttura e ancora più scadente l'assenza di Expedia. La struttura durante la ricerca sulla App appariva come hotel, solo che hotel non è: e un appartamento carino ricavato in seminterrato privo di qualsiasi persona che ti riceve, con check in fatto su WhatsApp tramite un'operatrice che non parla neanche l'italiano: si perché tutta la nostra conversazione è avvenuta in lingua inglese (peccato siamo in Italia e il cliente è italiano). Nella descrizione della struttura veniva specificato che la colazione era inclusa invece non esiste nessun locale adibito (ho cercato nel palazzo ma invano), e anche se come in altre strutture viene dato un coupon per un bar esterno nessuno ce lo ha detto. Abbiamo segnalato la mattina che l'acqua calda non c'era, ci siamo dovuti lavare a pezzi, mandando un messaggio WhatsApp alle 08:30 e avendo risposta solo verso le 13:30. Abbiamo sperato che durante il giorno avrebbero provveduto ad aggiustare la caldaia o qualunque cosa producesse acqua calda, invece siamo arrivati alla sera e niente... doccia fredda un'altra volta. Chiamo il servizio clienti Expedia, dopo diversi tentativi falliti perché il risponditore automatico è poco comprensibile, finalmente riesco a parlare con una operatrice: faccio presente la situazione e mi dice di attendere che mi avrebbe richiamato lei... e niente, sono sempre qui che aspetto di essere richiamato

Probably the smallest noisiest room have ever stayed at in 74 years. The noise from others was non stop all night long. No reception desk to complaints and no sign of any staff for the 3 days and nights we stayed. Do NOT stay there!

Super helpful in volunteering (very reasonable fees for) pickup and drop off from the airport! No need to worry about arrival and connecting for keys. Very accommodating and gave us personal information and tips about sites and restaurants to visit.We enjoyed the 20+ min walks to the Colosseum and surrounding archaeological sites.

Would caution anyone wanting to stay here. Confirmed my booking 3 weeks prior to our stay and indicated the time of our arrival as requested by the property owner. When we arrived, we were unable to get in contact with the property owner to let us in. Eventually, we were messaged back and were told that since we hadn’t confirmed we were at high risk of losing the booking, despite the fact that we had already paid and confirmed our booking. We were told that we were lucky the owner was close and could let us in. We were promptly charged a cash tourist tax for 2 nights, a significantly higher tax than we were charged at any other hotel we stayed during our trip. We were told that if we didn’t pay we would lose our booking. The property cleanliness and conditions were okay.

O quarto era um pouco frio, calefação não funciona, cozinha com poucoa itens mas atendeu nossa necessidade. Banheiro pequeno mas limpo. Dificuldade na comunicação informação nao clara, fomos orientados a estacionar o carro na frente e fomos multados. O lugar é longe de pontos de transporte . Andamos bastante

It's a guestroom. There's graffiti outside but inside it's very neat. The good thing is you can cook something: there's a small stove and a small refrigerator. The owner had to wait for us for long time since we just flew in and had problems with the purchased SIM cards at the airport, and then due to the tram line construction it took us forever to get to the hotel from Termini. The only suggestion would be an AC.

Stayed one night. Difficult to find since there’s no name placard. But called and she came right to the door. Toilet leaks terrible and I let them know. The window in the kitchen needs a curtain for privacy. They only take cash for the guest tax. Wish I knew prior but she was fine with me leaving it for her. Otherwise super cute basement studio.
