Perfect location, close to grocery store and sites.
Absolutely no regrets. I was a little worried about other’s reviews but having been to Italy a number of times this is a very normal accommodation. The neighbourhood is great and we walked to most everything except the vatican. The price was fantastic and the room was quiet. Thank you.
The room was pretty clean! It is a pretty chill zone with great public transportation around the corner! We had coffee/dinner at the nice little restaurant around!

Good thing about this place is the quietness, you will have a good night sleep.
Bad things: There is no Hotel sign at all, extremely hard to find it and there was not much help from staff.
It was a nice hotel. The room was small but neat and had everything we needed. We got the code to enter the hotel by text message which worked really well. There is a bus stop around the corner which makes it really easy to get around. The area feels safe to walk around also late at night. I'll definitely come back next time I go to Rome.

This is a good property if you are traveling on a budget. Convenient location and about 8min walk to Metro and 20min walk to Trevi Fountain. Faculties in room a bit run down and really just a place to sleep for the night.
They were kind enough for me to leave my suitcase there after Check-out to explore the city, which was a great plus.
You do not meet anybody, as not a normal hotel; they will send you codes of how to gain access to the rooms etc, so no room key. So need to have WhatsApp.

Good and cheap place to sleep when travelling
I stayed 1 night, for the price, the place is fine, you have a room to sleep, and it's clean. It's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. I was worried due to other reviews, but if you are looking for a place to sleep and have a private bathroom, the place is good. I was given the codes to check in before my arrival. The only thing a faced is that there's no phone signal or Internet in the room. But other than that, it was really fine for the price and the communication with the host was good and helpful.
The location was good and quiet, but the facility was not. We arrived in our room to find a broken toilet seat, a ceiling pendant light hanging only by a screw, and a shower panel in poor condition. Hope they fix before someone else use it.
It's clean near to centre of Roma
Quiet safe..i love it

The hotel was in the middle of town in a great area. The room itself was efficient, however, there were some problems with the electrical and with flooding from the wall in the bathroom when taking a shower. It is a good place to stay if you need an economical stay.

Great little place
Basic but perfect for what I wanted. Clean and simple while being comfortable. Just make sure you have the WhatsApp number before you go as if you arrive late it could be a little awkward to get in. Restaurant and gelato place nearby are excellent too.
There is no staff, no reception. You have to wait in the street by the door, and contact them by WhatsApp! Finally they give you code to get into the building. This is not a hotel, very unusual. I have never had a bad experience like this. We were assigned room #3, very very small, almost impossible to take a shower. The area for taking shower is very very small. It is around. 24 X 14 !?! They made the bed, and changed the towels daily however the container for soap was empty and never was filled!?!?! Overall very bad experience, 3 uncomfortable night. Very very uncomfortable shower.
No problems but not even close to hotel standard.
More like a simple air bnb, Motel or hostel.
Everything worked, but the standard was not an inch higher then minimum requirements.
the absolute worst "hotel" ever
no-one to help check in or out
no phone for emergencies
no security; front door to outside does not lock

We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware.
The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major.
The shower had mold in it, the ceiling above bed had mold, the shower did not drain, at the end of a quick shower there was 2 inches of standing water in it. The TV had no stations. The walls were beat up, if there was something else available we would have left.
The area is cute around it.
The staff were unprofessional. The codes to my room were shared with a taxi driver because it's free to send to the taxi driver's phone rather than sending the codes to my phone because they will be charged. Hence I could not stay in the hotel my first night.
Beware of this property and their check-in rules, my flight was delayed and they refused to check me in, leaving me without anywhere to stay late at night. "No One available" apparently.
Can't comment on facilities or cleanliness but their unhelpful, inflexible approach would make me extremely cautious about booking here.
They also lied to me about a refund.
AVOID!
