Das ist eher ein Guesthaus als ein Hotel. Wer aber in hervorragender Lage eine gute Unterkunft sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Sauber, großes Zimmer und sehr gute Kommunikation. Late Check-In auch gar kein Problem, war sehe gut koordiniert. Frühstück gibt es nicht, aber dafür gibt es zig Gelegenheiten in der Umgebung. Für mich klare Empfehlunge.

Pamela, the host, was amazing. The rooms are clean and quiet. Great reliable air conditioning. Clean bathroom. Fridge, coffee maker etc….Beautiful antique elevator works great. And has beautiful charm. Do not hesitate to book. All is fine.

The staff were very nice. Whenever I had wifi issues, the owner was open to sharing other alternative wifi connections for me to use and even offered for me to stay in the common area for better connectivity. Also, this place is near the SIT shuttle where you can take this shuttle to the FCO airport for 7 euros if you don’t want to pay for a taxi ride.

I took a 2 week trip to Europe and stayed in many different places. Out of all the places I stay I have to say this was the most beautiful, easy to access, clean, and safe place we have stayed in. The rooms are very beautiful and modern. The house keeper does an amazing job at making sure the rooms are clean and there are new towels everyday. The owner of this establishment is amazing. She was very nice when we were checking in and contacted us to ask about our stay during the trip. If I come back to Rome this is the first place I would look to book a room with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, easy to access room with a wonderful host.

The stay was great! Good location with some food nearby and excellent housekeeping. The room was very spatious - the only thing we wished was a bit better was the washroom, as it was a bit cramped + the shower head was loose.

The property had a well-functioning elevator that was hands-down our favorite feature. Additionally, the staff were super friendly and there was a terrace area that was perfect for a night in. To top it all off, the property was close to many pretty sights and taxis in the area were easy to catch! 11/10 would stay here again.

This was a great, self-service boutique hotel in a quiet area of Rome. The hosts were always available via What’s App to answer any questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and there is a nice little snack bar and coffee shop right across the street for a morning cappuccino. We highly recommend this location and accommodation.

The relais calamatta is published as hotel but there is no front desk 24 hrs, the location is confused i experted to see a normal check in, the street outside is full of garbash deposits and there is no enogh light in the street, that make me feel insecure. In the other hand the person who received us was kind and explained us interest places to visit and routes, the room was clean.

Min mann var så skeptisk til at vi skulle bo på B&B, men jeg insisterte da vi skulle bruke lite tid på rommet og jeg ville ikke betale unødvendig for et hotell. Vi hadde det lilla rommet, sengen var nydelig god (og jeg er kresen). Herlig bad, med alt av tilbehør. Vi elsket balkongen, som vi var de eneste som benyttet under oppholdet. Vi spiste frokost der, å tok noen drinker sent på kvelden. Beliggenheten var perfekt. Vi hadde et supert opphold. Tusen takk.

It was pretty nice. Wish there was a small refrigerator in our room. The shared refrigerator was right outside our door but still its not the same. The TV channel selection was terrible for someone english-speaking.

Overall nice property in a safe and nice area. But tap in the bathroom was loose and hard to use. Toilet paper holder was also loose and the roll kept falling down. Little things like that make a huge difference and should be fixed asap.

Such a quiet neighborhood, didn’t feel too touristy and yet was so near to everything!! We loved being by the river, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. Valerio, the host, was very accessible and kind. The room itself was perfect, quiet and spacious.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Rome. Walkable to everything. Pamela was very friendly and welcoming and made a great dinner recommendations for us. Would definitely stay here next time in Rome.

This is not a hotel. It is a room in a building. First you need to pick up the key at the bar and then find your room. It is difficult and not only for us, there was a couple who were also looking for their room. When we almost gave up, a neighbor helped us find the room. She also did not understand the instructions, so we all had to insert the keys to try to open any door. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and it was difficult to turn on the water. The shower head was leaking and the drain was so slow that in the middle of the shower you had to wait for the water to drain. Incredible experience I had. Plus, the wifi did not work and the owner was upset when I asked her to. Finally, the wifi worked after 6 hours after several messages on Whtapp, but it was too slow for my work. I would say find another hotel, but not this one! Think about after all this, you could get blamed by owner!
