We had an excellent stay here. Room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. It actually was nicer than we thought it was going to be. Ylenia was so nice and helpful throughout our stay! It was close to everything but quiet at night.

The hotel was great. Walking distance to everything and the staff was very helpful. We happen to be in Rome for my wife's birthday and when we got to room there was a wine bottle waiting for us. Really nice gesture in their part.

This hotel definitely deserves more than 2 stars. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean. It’s walking distance to the train station and most attractions.

Very nice hotel. It was an experience, felt like a hotel inside of an apartment building. Elevator was a little creepy, but overall, a nice hotel. Rooms are very comfy and spacious. Staff very very kind

Our room was cleaned every day. It was spotless! We couldn’t ask for a better location. The boutique hotel is located very centrally which makes it easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Finally the staff was extremely helpful and always got back to us in within minutes. You have to reach out to them via WhatsApp as there isn’t a reception like you will find in a regular hotel. Overall, I was happy with our stay there.

We loved the convenient location within walking distance of all major sights and next door to a great coffee shop from breakfast and many restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable and linens good quality. Room while not big was very nicely appointed and had all amenities expected including refrigerator, kettle, internet and hair dryer. Good shower with huge bath towel. Very quiet. Except on check in and check out there was no staff to be seen but the hotel was responsive to messaging.

Staff was amazing, made great recommendations on where to go and what to see in the short 24 hours we were there. The building was a little confusing to get into the first time to check in, But also appreciated that it was a secure building and had no issues getting in once we received our room key.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Rome. It was within walking distance of Roma Termini Station, making it very convenient for getting to various tourist attractions. The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome!

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet — we didn’t hear any noise at all and slept very well. We asked for an iron, and they immediately provided one together with an ironing board, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect and made our stay in Rome very comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful old building but with modern amenities - sparkling bathroom, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, perfectly maintained. Great location, close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, shops and even grocery stores close by. The staff could not be more helpful and always accessible (within their working hours). Very secure and safe, no access without the card that's issued by the staff. Amazing stay, will be coming back.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great walking distance away from all the main sights and some lovely local eateries and gelato places. The staff were very friendly and always variable to help. My room was a decent size, clean and it was comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

This is a very convenient hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is readily available by WhatsApp though they are not always in the building and it's worth nothing that if you're expecting a traditional front-desk experience it's not that! We appreciated the location - easy to walk everywhere, with great cafes close by, and would stay there again.

Outstanding hotel! The room exceeded our expectations in every way! Very quiet, clean, spacious, great amenities, and looks brand new. We were there during the heatwave in June 2026, and the air conditioning was perfect! Loved the classic decor, secure front entry, and great location. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Alessandro was extremely helpful and welcoming. We are definitely hoping to return again soon!

Clean rooms. Staff were excellent!!! The room was beautiful and had everything you needed. Air conditioning was great. Thank goodness!! It was scorching hot outside. Close enough to the train station but yet far enough to be away from the business. Cafes and restaurants just outside the door.
