Clean and cozy room for 3 adults. Great location and friendly staff. Only thing to note is the sink water pressure was very low and the water pressure in the shower was low when you heard next door using the shower too. But other than that, great stay here while in Rome!

Det som var bra var läget och terrassen som var fantastiskt trevlig, nu till det som inte var bra, badrummet under all kritik, smutsiga rör , duschen fungerar dåligt droppar kallt vatten från takduschen , blött på golvet vid bidé, kranen satt lös, rummet luktade klorin i tre dagar, extremt lyhört vi hörde personalen som gjorde frukost från 06:15 varje morgon

The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff was very attentive. The balcony was a great spot to relax at the end of a busy tourist agenda. The best part, the location. Rione Monti is the perfect spot for a relaxing rest away from the touristy hot spots, but close enough to a lot of major attractions. Via Urbana and the surrounding area has a lot of great restaurants, Don't miss out in having a meal at Pasta Urbana right across from the hotel entrance or Bar Monti for an aperitivo.

An out of the way gem near Roma Termini. Our third floor room looked out over a narrow alley and while on the smaller side, proved just fine to unwind after exploring. A welcome breakfast was offered on the top floor porch overlooking the neighborhood. The air conditioner got a workout on a couple of warm, late April days. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay it was in a great area everything walking distance. Staff were great spoke spanish and english a huge plus. Breakfast was ok. Accomedation was great as we got to purchase the ride to the hotel and for the first time there and not knowing where to go I would reccomend the hotel pick up as after a 10 hour plane ride makes it easy.

Un hotel pequeñito con muy buen servicio y con baños modernos. Puedes desayunar en la terraza y hay bastante variedad de comida. Está cerca de muchos de los sitios más turísticos de Roma pero en una calle tranquila. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The location was amazing. Staff were responsive and communicated well on our arrival & check in/out was easy. Bed was comfortable. Elevator is tiny and slower than walking the stairs but is nice to have for luggage. It was nice to have a balcony however it was near a sewer vent so it was difficult to enjoy time out there. Hotel is pretty rundown. The internet was not working through our entire stay

We chose this hotel because of the location and it really is a ten minute walk from the train station (although the last bit is cobbles so the suitcases acquire a mind of their own) and a ten minute walk to the Colleseum. It is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. Everything you would want was there. We sat on the rooftop for breakfast whish was lovely. There was a good choice of food but it is the same every day so if your staying long it might seem repetitive. Rome was easier to walk around than it looked on the map so this hotel was a great choice as a base to work from. We loved our stay at the Relais Monti.
