This hotel is outstanding!! The rooms are amazing. The beds are very comfortable, the room was pretty spacious, the bathroom area was very nice and very clean. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the city, restaurants, and things to do in Rome. The restaurant attached is also amazing. The breakfast is just what you need to start your day, lunch is exactly what you need in between activities and the dinner is fabulous!! The staff at the restaurant treat you like family.

This is a terrific small hotel in a great location. The staff are wonderful - helpful and engaged in helping with whatever you need. Charming elevator takes you to very comfortable room - not huge but very adequate. Bathroom is very clean and functional. A/C tended to be a bit too cool but turning it off managed the temp. Very good, attached restaurant - quick and good breakfast options and fine for dinner.

Mein Aufenthalt im Residenza Piranesi Boutique Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die hervorragende Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Auch die Lage ist wirklich gut und eignet sich ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war ein echtes Highlight: modern, sehr sauber, komfortabel und für ein Boutique-Hotel überraschend großzügig geschnitten. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels hatte man hier wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Balkon war ein zusätzliches schönes Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, sodass man sich sofort gut aufgehoben fühlt. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung und hat gut zum Gesamtbild des Hotels gepasst. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel klar weiterempfehlen. Es bietet ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtpaket und ist definitiv eine gute Wahl.

The hotel is very cute, tucked into a building extremely close to the Spanish Steps. It is within 5-10 walking minutes of a some popular sites and lots of restaurants! The staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Vanessa for her patience, recommendations, and complimentary upgrade since they had room. We did not require AC as it was March but the hotel temperature was perfect.
