This was a very clean, safe, and well maintained place to stay in Rome. The AC works perfectly, and I had a great time here. Breakfast was included, there are bus stops around the corner that will take you anywhere you need to go, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Daniele was the best. Very helpful and attentive. Good location. Building was older (of course it was. It is Rome 😊) but room was nicely updated.

The room was cleaned daily and the bed was made every day, Everything was super clean and well-kept. Self check-in was very straightforward. We also really appreciated the little snacks left for us, and the fridge in the common area was always stocked with water. The location is a little further from the main tourist attractions, but Prati is a lovely area. The host was also super responsive. Only thing was that the water didn’t drain well while showering.

We were only there for two days. The hotel was in a convenient location — walkable to the Vatican. The room was lovely — with a coffee and breakfast set-up which was delightful! The common room lent a nice touch to our stay making us feel like we didn’t just have a room.

Nearby restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Property is similar to an Airbnb. In a very good area but property is very basic and sometimes noisy due the close proximity of nearby rooms and tenants above.

Great place close to the vatican 10 min, metro and airport bus companys drop off point. Walking time to most sites within 30mins to 1 hour, shops and supermakets close to accomodation. Staff very helpful with good communication via email.

La RESIDENZA VITTORIA Roma, está muy cerca del Vaticano. El cuarto es amplio, bonito, con cama cómoda, silencioso, limpio. Todo muy bien. Sin duda regresaría. Muy atentos te dejan algunas cosas para desayunar. La zona tranquila y comercios cercanos.
