Fint sted til en overnatning. Ej hyggeligt men rent. Udendørs behøver rengøring. Indchecking via WhatsApp, denne information kunne godt være forlagt ved bookingen, hvor der bare står ingen reception. Virker ikke som et hotel men mere et ubeboet bed & breakfast.

After a dreadful morning at the airport, we were welcomed with Andrea and Incredibly hospitable and kind man. The local pizza shop had the best pizza we had in our 13 days of Italy made by an old Italian grandmother. Across the street we got a private tour of the horse farm. My family loved the room and the food and coffee in it. The cactus plants outside were beautiful. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come to Rome! He arranged a ride to the airport in the morning so we wouldn't get ripped off by the local taxis!

Even though there is no check-in desk, the employees were very accommodating. Advanced notice is needed as to what time a guest will be arriving but you have a home away from home awaiting you.

Lost in solitude - No basic hotel services

Andrea's assistance on the phone was excellent even though my Italian leaves much to be desired, however, there is NO free shuttle from the airport to the hotel (a taxi costs 20 to 25 euros), there is absolutely NO service on the property: it is NOT a hotel. It's a room with a bathroom in a building with no front desk or staff at all, in the middle of a semi-urbanized area with one Puertorrican-style restaurant at a walking distance. It's not located in the downtown area of Fiumiccino, nor close to the airport (it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the airport). The Hotels.com add led me to believe there was a free shuttle. It's really not worthy if you do not have a car with you. I do not recommend this "hotel" unless you're ok with a stay of complete solitude.

Room was great. Host was very friendly. However, things went south very quick after that. For the 3 days we stayed there, they didn't clean our room ONCE. We didn't even get new towels. Nobody came to do any kind of service for 3 days. We tried to find help but since there is no front desk, we have no luck. Breakfast? We were assuming there would be a free breakfast every morning... that turned out to be vending machine snacks that they left in the room... ONCE for 3 days. Although the room was nice, the service, or lack thereof, made me not want to visit this place ever again

Très beau et bien situé.

Très bel accueil. Très souriant. Très à l'écoute pour toutes infos de transports et loisirs pour se rendre au centre de Rome. L'établissement est magnifique et très bien situé pour celles et ceux qui aiment visiter et s'aventurer pour se rendre au centre de la capitale Italienne. Proche de tout. Très beau séjour. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir au même endroit. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Seul bémol : mauvaise insonorisation : uniquement lorsque vous avez des voisins de chambres très bruyants et très expansifs.

This hotel is far away from everything. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it consisted of old prepackaged biscuits and cakes, a small container of milk, ice tea and orange sweet liquid. We were very disappointed. There is only one restaurant nearby so if you don't rent a car, you are limited. The water was only lukewarm in the shower and the towels were like sandpaper. This seemed to be a hotel that was dog friendly, because dogs were everywhere. Many repairs were needed in the hotel apartment we stayed in. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The wifi would only work for very brief periods. The manager never came to meet us and was not very helpful.

L'appartement est très spacieux avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et un petit jardin. Tout était propre. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant et est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre choix et y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nice room, not so nice service

The apartment was nice - clean and comfortable. Near to the airport, in a rural area. A small restaurant, supermarket and butcher were within walking distance. Access to train within 20-30 minutes walk. When we arrived no one was there to greet us. There is no lobby. Eventually a caretaker helped us to our room. No one else on site helped us with anything the two nights we were there - didn't even see anyone else. That made it difficult to get transportation back to the airport. We ended up making the walk to the train station with our luggage. Read the fine print as you will be charged additional taxes and a room cleaning fee even though my Expedia receipt shows taxes as paid. The free breakfast was mass-produced individually packaged pastries and a few juices boxes in the fridge. Not a good breakfast.

Not really a "hotel" Far away from anything.

We arrived at 11:45 PM due to a delayed flight. There was no way for us to get into the property. My wife and 3 kids were freezing while I tried to reach the owner. The telephone number on the gate was disconnected. We had to be out in the cold for over an hour. I was ready to leave and find a new place to stay. Finally I reached the guy and he told us where we could find a set of keys to get inside. To me it was unacceptable that nobody was there to let us in. The temperature was very cold outside. I would never want anyone to be put in that position. There was also nothing close by and the taxi guy even had trouble finding the location. It was pretty far out of the way. We had to walk to the train station 1.5 km away in the morning.

Worst night's sleep - wish I'd never stayed here.

Horrible night's sleep! In fact, there was no sleep to be had as we shared a wall with some extremely rude and loud guests who were partying until 2am - and we had a 6am International flight to catch. Sound proofing was not good in the room. The room itself was a bit disappointing - smelled like cigarettes, even though we'd requested a non-smoking room. Most troubling and related to the noise issue is that there is no on-site manager at the property, so there was no one to help us resolve the issue with the rowdy (and potentially threatening) guests. I also worried about some safety issues related to this as we were there with two young children and the phone lines to the room are disconnected - we would have no one to turn to if the other guests (who seemed like they were partying pretty hard), turned hostile. I sincerely regretted having stayed at this hotel. Should have taken it as a red flag when I didn't receive a response from the hotel manager to some simple questions relating to our stay & transport. I'm trying not to let this unpleasant (and even disturbing) experience leave a sour taste in my mouth regarding the whole trip, because this stay certainly ended things on a bad note.

Large 1 bdrm apartment

We didn't expect this to be an apartment. Clean and comfortable. Owner kindly picked us up at the train station since we didn't have a car. It's in the middle of nowhere w/ 1 average restaurant w/in walking distance. Next time I'd prefer to stay in Rome and take the Leanardo Express to the airport.
