Cómodo y bien situado.

El apartamento es pequeño muy cómodo y perfectamente situado. Muy cerca de Plaza de España, Fontana di Trevi, el Quirinale y Plaza Venecia lo que permite ir caminando a todos estos sitios. Buena comunicación por metro con el Vaticano y El Coliseo ya que tiene a 1 minuto la parada de metro. El apartamento se ajusta totalmente a las fotos que se muestran. Gianluca súper amable nos recibió a la hora prevista y nos dio toda la información y explicaciones necesarias. Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Great stay lovely host

We loved the flat and the host was very communicative and informative upon arrival. The location was perfect for our travels. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was a very lovely stay. We also enjoyed how quiet the area was while still being so close to everything.

Great Location

Gianluca was very accommodating by meeting us early so we could make our afternoon tour time for the Vatican. Nice apartment convenient to restaurants, shops, buses and the Metro (when it the stop is open as it happened to be closed while we were there) and so is the Taxi stand. While not right next to Trevi Fountain, definitely within walking distance as are the Spanish Steps and even the Colosseum and Forum are walkable. Only things to note is that the bed dips to the middle, it’s pretty noisy until midnight with foot traffic and folks going to the restaurant across the way, which is very good!, and the shower drains a little slow-but a good way to conserve water by turning off while soaping. It’s a great place for central location to all of the sites!!

Un excellent séjour

L'appartement de Gianluca est idéalement situé, à 2mn du métro et des bus qui permettent de rejoindre tous les coins de Rome facilement. Il est de plus très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très agréable. Seul petit bémol, le bar en face qui est très bruyant malgré le double vitrage. Mais cela n'enlève rien aux avantages de l'appartement. Gianluca nous a très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Merci à lui.

Disappointing, very small and is NOT near the Trevi fountain

Wouldn't stay there again. The best thing about the place was the Restaurant Barberini just across the street.

Cute flat in great location

This was the first stop on our trip to Italy and we were very pleased with this flat. Great location to see the Trevi Fountain and walkable to Spanish Steps, Vatican etc. The Enoteca Barberini across the street was good and we liked having a morning coffee or evening glass of wine at Pepy's bar while watching the world go by in Piazza Barberi. Gianluca provided maps and other materials of places to go and see.... a great host!

Excellent Location & Value for Money

Gianluca was very friendly and prompt. The apartment was clean & well laid out. The best part was the location - so close to everything - the bar/cafe Pepys on Piazza Barberini turned into our local for the 2 night stay - friendly staff / value drinks and great place to sit outside and people watch.

Perfect Roma Apartment

This was our first time in Italy and we arrived very early after traveling practically 24 hours with the time change and all. Gianluca met us and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured and we loved it! The air conditioning was great and the wifi too. We loved the cafe right up the corner, it became our daily spot for morning coffee. Being July the city was packed so the apartment was the perfect spot to relax when we needed to. The bed was very comfortable and our daughter said the couch bed was comfortable too. The location is amazing. Very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Easy access to the subway which was so easy to navigate. We loved Roma and can't wait to return! As other reviews mentioned, we also received our deposit back within a couple of hours after checking out. Thank you GianLuca, we hope to stay at your place again one day!!! Grazie Mille!

Super week-end

L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable . Nous avons pu en peu de jours voir les plus belles places et monuments. Gianluca est un très bon hôte. Il prend le temps d'expliquer les bons endroits, superettes, transports... et il reste présent en cas de besoin. Rien à dire. Je vous recommande vraiment. Merci à lui.

Very good

We stay for four nights in this apartment. The apartement is great, equipped with everything we need. Very well located, real close to fontana de trevi, and great wifi. Gianluca was great with everything. We will stay again, for sure.

Perfect Location

My second stay in Rome, and the location was amazing. Easy access to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants and landmarks. The owner was very helpful by showing us around the apartment and pointing out locations to see around the apartment.

Excellent central location, excellent value

Ideal central location within walking distance of many tourist sites. Public transportation & laundromat close by. Apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people. Gianluca (the host) is welcoming and helpful.

Great Location, Nice apartment

My only complaint for the week was the apartment was not ready for us when we got there despite check-in time of 10 am. Other than that, it was a great location, very easy to get around. A ton of great things to see within walking distance, plus all the wonderful restaurants. I am really glad we stayed here for our 6 days in Rome. The restaurant across the street can get noisy at night especially towards the weekend, but I guess it's the price you pay for the location. The apartment was perfect size for the two of us. I would stay here again.

Appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement est confortable, propre et très bien situé, nous avons tout visité à pied même si le bus et le métro sont a proximité. Restaurants au pied de l'appartement et supermarché à 2 minutes. Gianluca est très serviable et accueillant. L'appartement est un assez sombre et un peu bruyant le soir mais c'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Proprietario molto disponibile. In circa 3 minuti si accede alla metropolitana e a pochi metri ci sono ristoranti e un piccolo supermarket. Vacanza stupenda e consiglio a tutti questo soggiorno.

Un appartement très fonctionnel idéalement placé au cœur de Rome

Grace à l'appartement de Gianluca nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Rome durant 5 jours. La localisation est idéale pour organiser des visites matin et soir tout en ayant le confort de revenir déjeuner le midi dans l'appartement. La proximité immédiate de l'arrêt de métro Barberini se révèle très pratique pour rejoindre l'appartement après des excursions un peu lointaines (vous serez prévenus, Rome se parcours beaucoup à pied et les distances s'additionnent vite). L'accueil de Gianluca a été très efficace tant sur les modalités de réception de l'appartement que pour nous expliquer l'organisation du quartier (nombreuses supérettes aux alentours). L'appartement est joli, agréable à vivre. Salle de bain confortable et chambre spacieuse. En bas se trouve un restaurant avec des tables extérieures... selon les clients ce peut être un peu "animé" mais rien d'insupportable (le double vitrage est apprécié). La présence d'Internet est très appréciable. L'appartement est au deuxième étage... pas de vue particulière mais la certitude d'être protégé du soleil ce qui est appréciable dans les périodes les plus chaudes. Nous étions en séjour en famille avec deux enfants et nous avons passé une semaine mémorable. Je recommande sans réserve ce logement et Gianluca qui a parfaitement et rapidement communiqué via SMS ou Internet avec nous.

Wonderful location and host!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids from NJ. The condo was clean and well equipped. Strategic location ! You can literally walk to all the major attractions which is s big plus ! Next to restaurants, shopping and subway. Gianluca, the host was very nice and made us feel at home. Excellent for romantic getaways, business, families with kids and travelers.
