Spacious and clean
Nice place and good for a larger group. We only stayed one night, but you couldn’t beat the location and Joey was helpful and had great communication during our visit.

Perfect Location with Style
My sister, aunt and I stayed for 3 nights in Jan '24. The apartment looks every bit as good in person as online. It is enormous and stylish, well appointed with everything a traveler could need. This place would be phenomenal anywhere, but you are at ground zero for many of Rome's most popular sites. Meer steps from the top of the Spanish steps, 10 mins to Trevi fountain, maybe 15 to the Pantheon. Yet the street the apartment is on (Via Gregoriana) is quaint and quiet. There is shopping everywhere and amazing restaurants around every corner. Joey was the best, waiting for us on our arrival, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking in with us throughout our stay. I've done vacation rentals throughout the US and Europe and this one is a true gem and will make your stay in Rome special. I would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent Lodging
The home was as advertised, matched pictures shown. Excellent cleanliness, the host Joey was great to work with, answered all my questions at any time, checked in to make sure all was well. For this property the only thing to be aware while there are 2 bathrooms, there was only one shower shower. The other room has a bathroom with large tub in it and a water handheld wand but now shower head from above, so no full shower capability like the other bathroom so the 4 of us had to take turns using the other bathroom's only shower. Not that big of a deal but for convenience if they could install a shower head from above in the other bathroom to match the functionality of the other bathroom that would be helpful. But no complaints, nice working cool AC throughout house, a lift to take up your heavy bags if you don't want to use steps, and a place they can lock up your bags if you're not able to check in yet. Would stay here again each time, excellent all the way around.

Excellent apartment in heart of Rome
We were in Rome three nights prior to a cruise. Joey was the consummate host - he arranged transfers from the airport and to the cruise port. The apartment was awesome - very stylish, clean, great A/C and right in the middle of everything at the Spanish Steps, yet felt tucked away. There are no gotchas here - what you see is what you get.

Excellent & Classy
I loved my stay at the Versace Apartment. It far surpassed our expectations. I loved the way it was decorated. It was so classy. We loved the round purple bed! We stayed for two nights before leaving for a cruise. The location is great and we definitely got our exercise walking up and down The Spanish Steps. Also close to great shopping, restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. We were four girls and had plenty of room. The host was extremely helpful and helped us with our transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. The apartment is well maintained, clean and well stocked. We didn’t really use the kitchen facilities much except for drinks and coffee in the morning. I would definitely consider this apartment if I make it back to Rome. I did throw my coin in the fountain!

Perfect location and apartment layout was great for family
This VRBO was spacious and located close to the Spanish Steps. It had plenty of room for our family of five. The manager was available and answered all our questions. He allowed us to store our bags before check in and helped set up transfers from the airport. Thank you for all of your help while we were in Rome!

Exotic fun place
This was a perfect place for me, my husband, my mom and two teenagers. The location was safe and convenient. We loved soaking in the luxurious bath after 10 hour days of touring. Joey was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. He gave us new towels after 2 days. His driver picked us up from the airport for easy transfer. We did need cash right away for this driver and the city tax at check in. Which seems typical at each location. Would highly recommend this place and stay again!

Fantastic apartment!
I was hooked as soon as I saw the pictures of the apartment and was expecting a lot...we were not disappointed at all! The apartment is in a lovely building just down from the top of the Spanish Steps - perfect location. Inside, there is everything you need for a totally enjoyable stay...the facilities and rooms are too notch. Joey, the property manager, greeted us upon arrival and was in communication throughout our stay, checking we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Luxury in the heart of Rome
The property is truly situated just minutes from the Spanish Steps but still on a relatively quiet side street. It is exactly as it’s represented on the website. It’s very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. There’s load of storage and plentiful supply of hangers., 2 hairdryers, loads of mirrors with good lighting. All the velvet throughout is beautiful and makes the apartment feel luxurious. Beds were all really comfortable and bathrooms spotlessly clean. There really was nothing to complain about. I would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to be able to stay here again

Great Location
The apartment was wonderful. Great location and plenty of room. It was very hot while we were in Rome and the AC worked perfectly. Kept the apartment nice and cool and was a great escape for the heat. Check-in was easy and quick. Apartment we very clean with plenty of towels. Only a few minor comments. Kitchen is pretty minimally stocked with pots and cooking utensils. We enjoy going to local markets and preparing our own meals occasionally. The cooking pots were not very good (Teflon with lots of scratches) and only a few. Would be nice to have more wine glasses and more dishes. Other than that a very enjoyable stay.

I just wanted to point out that it seems strange to me that you say that the kitchen is pretty minimally stocked, since you were only two people, and the kitchen is stocked with plates and glasses, cups and mugs for up to 12 people, many utensils and pots for cooking and also electrodometers such as a large oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Beautiful stay
Fantastic apartment, with attention to every detail. The hot tube is amazing!!! It's perfect location to reach every attraction just in historic center of Rome. Joey helped us with all the indication. I reccommend it to everyone for a stay in Rome!

Amazing apartment

Cheap, fake Roman TWO bedroom apartment made from styrofoam
Not really 3 bedrooms. The “third” bedroom is a round sofa in living room. Walls are indeed as pictured but made entirely from styrofoam painted gold Buyer beware.

We're really bewildered for your review only two stars, I do not recommend to anyone to accommodate especially considering that you're gone secretly without waiting for the check-out for control of the house, leaving the completely disordered apartment without paying the tourist tax despite we have contacted you several times, maybe that's why you made this review. The bedroom you are talking about is a very large suite with a 3 meter Italian design round velvet bed and not a sofa as you say. Fortunately, all of our reviews prove you wrong, and guests impolite and fugitives like you are very rare. We have reported your behavior to the Vrbo platform. Best regards Carlo

Spectacular stay
Spectacular stay! The apartment is really elegant and luxurious. The Jacuzzi is fantastic and Joey was super efficient giving us all the directions and suggestions for restaurants. The location is perfect for visiting all the major attractions of the historic center of Rome. We will definitely be back soon.
