服務不錯，地點方便
地點方便，很近 Roma termini 火車站，去景點又方便，酒店附近很多餐廳，有些景點走15分鐘就到，整體不錯！

有免費wifi網路，櫃檯服務人員親切，復古的電梯很有特色，但房間稍小，房間的礦泉水要付費。整體來說，交通方便，算是超值的選擇。

Pay for location with basic facilities
Very close to station and convenient but very noisy at night both in terms of outside environment and in-room AC unit. Woke up in midnight by rubbish lorry and noise from AC. Basic breakfast.

地理位置好，对搭火车和地铁的人非常方便。周围有很多餐馆和小型超市。
酒店离火车站很近，交通方便。我们住的207号房间特别小，两个人住一起转个身都得侧着身子。我父母住在5层的房间就比我们的大。酒店早餐很丰富，餐厅优雅舒适，员工友善。

Arrived on a flight well before check in time of 2 PM but was allowed to drop our bags in our (not yet cleaned) room anyway. Made our first day in Rome much easier not having to lug bags around.

Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Vor allem dunkles Brot hat gefehlt. Als Anregung, mittelfristig ist eine Umstellung auf ein weniger abfalllastiges Frühstück angenehmer.

Ett bra hotell för ett Weekend besök
Rummet var ganska rymligt men något oortodoxt möblerad med bla en ickefungerande köksspis. Ett klart plus var en rymlig safetybox. Hotellet hade ett bra läge om man kommer med tåg, och en rimligt trevlig omgivning.

Murs sales, tapisserie déchirée, odeur d’égout et d’humidité dans la chambre et la toilette, plancher flottant gondolé. ÉPOUVANTABLE! Et beaucoup trop cher. Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Fantastisk tur til Roma
Sentralt i forhold til bus,tog,metro,supermarked og restauranter. Avstandene til mange kjente serverdigheter var innenfor ca 40min gangtid. Vi syntes det gjekk veldig bra å gå såpass. Vi brukte selvsagt off.komunikasjonmidl. på serverdigheter som var lengst borte.

It was an elegant, clean older hotel with an Italian flair. The room wasn‘t exceptionally large but well laid out. The bathroom had unique, beautiful tile & was very clean. The bed was a little hard, but not bad. It was located a couple blocks from the main train station. The Colosseum & Roman Forum were about a 20 minute walk. There are lots of things to see nearby. It‘s a great location!

This is a lovely hotel for a short stay. Location is excellent. It’s very close the tremini station, which also has the metro with it. But honestly I walked everywhere because that allowed me to see more of Rome. There are also trams and buses. The hotel is quiet considering it’s in a busy location. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and I felt safe. They have a life (the old fashioned kind that you can see through the bars) which was great with the suitcase! The breakfast was very nice continental style and as many coffees as you like with your breakfast. Overall I had a fantastic stay. It’s not flash or posh but it’s perfect if you are out and about most of the day and really want a good base to sleep.

My Stay in Rome.
The Serena Hotel in Rome was conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The area was safe and offered many opportunities for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. The room was a little small but it was all I needed and the refrigerator allowed me to keep food and drink in the room. I would stay at the Serena Hotel again in the future.
