My first choice hotel in Rome!

The hotel’s location is so convenient. Most of the main scene is just within walking distance, in addition to numerous bus stations and Metro station nearby. Various shops and restaurants meet our requirement. Most of all, we would like to give our appreciation to the hotel’s staff, esp. Romina, who made us feel warm while touring in Rome! I would recommend Suite Dream to my friends.

schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Hauptbahnhof und nahezu alle Attraktionen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Tee und Kaffee werden täglich aufgefüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse, es ist allerdings trotzdem nicht ruhig, für das Leben in Rom aber völlig normal. Wir waren 5 Tage in Rom und würden Suitedreams jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

The hotel was located in a portion of a large building. To reach the hotel portion, there was a small elevator on the ground floor of this building There were no security cameras around the elevator There were no guards at the door to the building. The building door remained open to the public until evening (@ 6 pm). The day before we left, while waiting for the elevator, 4 young men entered and tried to get us on the elevator with them. My husband was pulled in and then they left/ran out of the elevator and the building before the elevator ascended My husband got off the elevator and discovered his wallet had been stolen by the men. He ran after them but they had a head start. We went then to the reception desk for the hotel. They were very sympathetic, called the police and helped explain our situation. We did find our wallet thrown to the floor with ID and credit cards intact. However, all cash was stolen. We don't know if they ever found the thieves. The hotel told us that it was sorry this happened, but since the incident occurred in the lobby of the building, waiting for the elevator, and not in the actual space of the hotel (i.e. not in the reception area, a hotel room or the hall to the rooms), they were not responsible and offered no reduction in our hotel fee nor any other compensation for this trauma. Hopefully cameras have been installed. This was a frightening experience. Although the staff was very nice and helpful, I cannot recommend the hotel.

El hotel no está céntrico pero tiene el metro y el bus en pocos metros. Es muy básico pero con lo importante a bien nivel: limpieza impecable, camada super comida, agua caliente en la ducha y muy confortable, secador ,nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días, muy silencioso, la recepcionista Roberta lo mejor del hotel que con mucha simpatía solucionaba todas nuestras dudas y si no las sabía las buscaba. Alrededor hay restaurantes y cafeterías y muy bien comunicado. La pena es que no tuviera servicio de desayuno pero como digo hay mucho para elegir alrededor

Cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms The bathroom was nice and clean Location was great and central Easy to access property. However… They have a clear problem with the water pressure/temperature - it was cold at times with no pressure. Best time was the evening to shower when it was no issues Additionally we were in Room 1 and there is no sound proofing, you can hear everything outside.

Omg i cant say thanks to all girls in front desk. They were super nice and helpful the last day of my stay son got sick and we had to postpone our flight. Whoever worked there from front desk to cleaning crew all were super caring and coming into our door asking if we need anything. I had the best stay if you are looking for safe places this is the place you need to stay they treated us like their family. Thank you all for your support and didn’t let us feel be alone there. We were very happy with our choice to book this property! The location is good and safe, located on an upscale block walking distance to the Termini station. The hotel room was very large, new, and especially very clean, refreshed daily. Loved the rain shower and the closet space, a huge plus in Rome! The staff were wonderful and kind. The only setback is a lack of onsite amenities, and the reception desk is only open until 8 pm. But everyone was extremely kind, professional and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and stay again when in Rome! 😊
