My Husband and I had a wonderful stay at Telier Tomacelli! The hotel itself is beautiful and offers excellent amenities that made our trip very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Rome, making it easy to walk everywhere.What really made my stay special was the fantastic staff. A special thank you to Anna at the reception desk, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to shops and the trevi fountain! The elevator scared me but the stairs are also available but keep in mind the rooms are on the 3rd floor of the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us checked in early with no problem and took our bags to our room while we walked around.

Absolutely — here’s a polished version that keeps your genuine tone: **Great Stay with Amazing Views! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The room was clean, comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The A/C worked extremely well — it was actually freezing at times, but definitely better than being too hot! 😂 The area also felt very safe, which was important to us. Very clean and cozy apartment, walking distance practically to most of tourist destinations, restaurants, shops. Super friendly staff who went extra mile to be helpful, great communication. The room was ready before 2 PM, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They helped us keep the luggage as our flight was in the evening. Perfect stay!

This was an amazing place to stay! To me it seemed like it was a perfect middle ground to go to the Vatican City and to go see all the ancient Roman stuff at Palatine Hill and around that area. The room was great and had air conditioning too which just added to the benefits of this hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

Just a couple of disclaimers before I write a positive review. Make sure you have WhatsApp, make sure your phone is fully charged, and make sure that you read the hotel’s instructions and watch the video they send you very carefully. You will need to follow careful instructions if you check in during a time when the reception is closed. With that said, the hotel was very beautiful, private, and has a perfect balance of modern /luxury/ chic/ business with old classic Roman charm. If you are not able to roll with certain punches in an old building, then this hotel might not be right for you. For example, because of the age of the building, the window latch bar, sometimes got a little bit stuck, but opened when you slightly and gently pushed one of the shutters up while opening. Again, not a problem. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and I felt very much at home in my room. I loved how the room was decorated and the color choices. It was also in a lovely location, not far from the Spanish Steps. I would recommend this hotel and I would also stay there again if I visit Rome in the future!

We loved our stay! I cannot say enough about how helpful Ana was! She even texted me a link to her favorite restaurants. We used that list A LOT! Our room was spotless. The air conditioning was a huge plus. The location is really fantastic! So many shops and restaurants are close by. There is even a "supermarket" a few buildings down. There is also a nasoni (drinking fountain) down the street - we filled our water bottles a couple times a day! I will be recommending this hotel to any friends that I hear will be traveling to Rome!

The receptionist, Anna, was kind. and the cleaning girl were also friendly and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself looked nice. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the hotel is extremely poor. The Walls like paper. I could hear almost everything: cleaning activities in the hallways, conversations from neighboring rooms, TVs playing, people using the bathroom, and water running through the pipes. So, I was unable to get a good night's sleep during my entire 5-night stay and ended up with frequent headaches from the lack of rest. I tried to request a refund because of the noise issues , but unfortunately, that was not possible. I experience the hallway and crazy people make noise in the middle Nat 1-3am. There is no one on duty at the hotel. If you're a light sleeper or need a quiet environment to rest, this hotel may not be the best choice.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to points of interests and good dining options. Ana was fantastic and was great at communicating with us. We were thankful that, even though the building is old, it has an elevator. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.
