I'm glad that for the most part you enjoyed your stay. I'm very sorry to hear about the itchy bed. Our long time manager worked 3 of the 4 nights you were with us and did not find a note from you. Despite seeing her all weekend and talking with her she said you never mentioned anything about bites or about changing your sheets. I opened up reception on your last day with us and I also did not see a note so I'm afraid I'm at a loss here. We checked the bed after seeing this review and have found nothing that could have caused the discomfort. I'm sorry, but as a hostel, we don't offer hotel-like services such as daily changing of sheets or towels during a stay. However, we do a change midway through for longer stays of a week or more. The bins should have been emptied though so I apologize for that. I do hope you had a wonderful time in Rome.

I'm sorry you thought it was cold in the room. It's been in the high 20s/low 30s celsius so the heating is definitely not on and yet we still have duvets on the beds. Hostels aren't really known for being particularly quiet and we are not a purpose-made facility so noise can travel. Despite everything, I do hope you enjoyed your time in Rome.

Tenemos 2 baños, uno que está en el lado más pequeño y otro que es grande. En una ciudad como Roma, donde los edificios son muy antiguos, tenemos restricciones de espacio y lo notará en muchas propiedades en toda la ciudad.

Just so folks know, our building is on a one-way street not a multi-lane, major thoroughfare but is not particularly busy except during office hours as there are many office workers in our neighborhood. We have no buses or other public transit that goes down our street. I'm very glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you had a wonderful time in Rome!
