Great property even though I didn’t realize when I booked that it was shared bathrooms they provided robes which was great. There are many good seafood restaurants within walking distance we went to a great steakhouse only a 4minute drive away and only took less than 10min drive to airport in the morning.

The manager of this property was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was our first trip to Rome and we will definitely stay here again next time. Very close to Rome FCO airport. So clean and quiet. Great value…highly recommend The Gate 441.

Buen lugar muy cerca del aeropuerto y accesible por bus desde la terminal 3. El bus te deja en la misma puerta. Habitación cómoda y personal amable. Baño compartido pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrarlo libre y limpio. En los alrededores hay lugares para cenar que están muy bien

Estuvo muy bien para estadía de una noche. Nuestro vuelo se demoró y el hotel tuvo lo necesario para descansar cómodamente. Nuestra suite contaba con baño, pero no todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado. Muy buena atención. Tienes cerca un sitio para comprar alimento y bebida para salir del paso.

My stay of one night was great. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Toiletries were provided along with the bathrobe. It was excellent.
Note: One thing that I would comment was that someone did cook from the first floor kitchen and the aroma from cooking was evident in my bedroom. It was night time.

tolle kleine Unterkunft, zum Teil Gemeinschaftsbad.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad. Küche zum selber kochen, alles super sauber nett und feundliches Personal. Zum Flughafen nicht weit dennoch 10 Min zum Meer. Auto steht im Hinterhof gut geschützt und kostenlos.

I stayed at The Gate 441 Rooms and had a very good experience. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and all the basics I needed for a short stay.
The location is very convenient if you are flying from Fiumicino Airport—it’s close by, and they also offer shuttle service. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was kind and helpful.
Overall, this is a great option if you need a comfortable and practical place near the airport. I would stay here again.

Convenient to airport, great value, most rooms share a bathroom so if that’s a dealbreaker book somewhere else. Beds need much better pillows and more than 1 per person. Towels were great. The manager Enrico was exceptional and very accommodating with info about the area and help with taxis.

Great stay near the airport. Extremely clean!!! The fellow running the place was very helpful and kind! Breakfast available. Shuttle to airport available. AC in each room which was a must during summer in Italy. There is around 5 or 6 rooms total. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom. The other rooms share two bathrooms. Overall great stay!

Sex stains on the sheets which were very clearly not changed.Very dirty, dead bugs all over, ant infested, not as advertised in the slightest. It's much much worse. We complained and got a new room which was just as bad as the first one, the sheets looked better though but the airconditioning was broken. This is your warning, do not stay here.
