The room was clean but quite disappointed with the tattered condition of the bed frame and unpleasant smell of the headboard. There were shops and restaurants nearby which is a big plus. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Big thank you to Neda who was always willing to help with our questions.

Room did not look anything like the pics on Expedia. Broken door frame on the bathroom door. Shower floor was at least 1 foot off the rest of the floor in the bathroom needed to step down to get out of shower, difficult to get out especially with the toilet right there. Owner did not show the room, or explain how the safe worked. Only 1 day of housekeeping in 5 day stay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und ruhig, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auf alle Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet, der Check-In lief schnell und wir haben Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc. erhalten. Wir haben uns in dem sauberen Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt, jedoch sind die Möbel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, dafür bekam man einen Gutschein für ein Kaffee und Cornetto in einem Café in der gleichen Straße. Das war sehr nett, aber war uns vorher nicht bewusst. Mittwochs hat das Café geschlossen, eine Alternative wurde uns nicht geboten. Besser ohne Frühstück buchen und in eins der Vielzähligen Cafés frühstücken gehen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. Our room was cozy and clean. The amenities, staff services, location were all accessible and everything we wanted. The arrangement for airport pick up and drop off was easy and on time. We loved our short stay here and willl definitely book again the next time we come back.

The only loss of a star was due to the bathroom being a little unpleasantly cramped, and the toilet needing some attention to stop it perpetually flushing. The room was otherwise comfortable and the surrounding area well supplied with dining opportunities. A particular highlight was the hotel's own driver, who was able to act as both airport taxi and concierge when we landed very late, meaning we saved a lot of money on the transfer and traveled in safety and comfort.
