Great location! Central to a lot of places and easy to take the bus from but noisy due to being so central. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but don’t get it every morning. There are so many amazing cafes around to try. Bed was super comfortable and wifi worked great.

This spot was great for it's locations. Rome is quite walkable and Prati is just far enough from the attractions that it's a bit more quiet but close enough that we didn't have to walk too far. Check-in and out was smooth, room was clean, breakfast was good. Bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade and the room was smaller than we thought it would be, but that was a non issue for us. Wasn't a lot of soap in our room, but when we asked for more they happily gave us extra. Overall a good stay for our time in Rome.

It was fine for our one night stay, but was far from great. The girls at check in were wonderful and very nice, but the room itself left a bit to be desired. It just felt really old and run down. The laminate flooring was in poor shape, and we found out why overnight when the mini fridge leaked everywhere and got our bag wet. It felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Breakfast was pretty bad too, unfortunately. Also, there were a lot of keys to navigate, (gate, exterior door, interior door, and our room door) and the locks, especially the interior door, were not easy to open. We thought we were going to have to reach out to staff to help us get in the door at 11pm, but were finally able to get it open ourselves.

We arrived later in the evening and the communication with the staff was great, we had no issues getting up to our room after hours. Clean, cozy, staff was great. The few things we asked for (towels, toiletry paper) was brought to us promptly. The property is within a few blocks to some great restaurants, mini-marts, etc. St. Peters was about a 15 minute walk.

Clean and well designed rooms, bathrooms are modern, friendly and helpful staff, great location, near food, restaurants and shops. They upgraded my room due to sewer smell in bathroom plumbing in the first room that I was in. They also gave a complimentary bottle of wine when I first checked in.
