Well located, but some room for improvement
The place is well located and the host was nice and check-in was relatively straightforward. However, this feels more like a private room in an apartment rather than a hotel. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom (as indicated in the room description) but if you leave the bedroom, the door does not close unless you lock the door with a key, which is inconvenient. Furniture is a little more tired looking than in the photos indicate.

Short Stay B&B for Great Price
One night stay in the excellent Tratavere area of Rome, surrounded by bars, cafes & restaurants which was very convenient. Out host Fabio provided an excellent service, spacious comfortable room with Air Con and a Jacuzzi, however the private bathroom is not en suite so you must cross a corridor. Breakfast of hot drink and a pastry in the downstairs cafe was excellent and convenient. Ideal for anyone needing a short stay at a good price

This is a great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. As it is very small, checking in is more like checking into an AirBNB. We were traveling and did not always have access to internet. I got an email asking when we intended to check in but - when I responded - it said that I could not reply to the email. We ended up standing on the street with our luggage for over an hour waiting for someone to arrive to let us in. The worst part was I was never sure that someone WAS coming! Once we got keys, the stay was fantastic!!

Esperienza molto positiva
Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Ho scelto la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio, col bagno privato esterno, e mi piace tanto. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, e stanza pulita. C’è anche la colazione inclusa al bar giù, ed è buona.

Cet établissement se présente comme un hôtel alors que c'est soit des appartements ou une suite de chambre. Il était bien indiqué dans la réservation une chambre de bain privée. Or non seulement la chambre de bain n'était pas dans la chambre à coucher mais elle n'était aucunement privée, les occupants des autres chambres y avaient accès comme ils le voulait.

Bonjour, je suis émerveillé par votre jugement parce que vous avez écrit un mensonge. Les appartements sont chacun avec leur propre salle de bain privée située à l'extérieur de la chambre, comme décrit correctement sur le portail de réservation ou expedia et personne, à part vous, le propriétaire de la clé, ne peut y accéder.

PROS >> Excelente ubicacion, cerca hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes y bares. La habitacion es sencilla con una cama deliciosa y las amenidades basicas, barrio seguro. Samira y Fabio siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas. CONTRAS>> Al estar ubicado en un barrio bullicioso, si quieres descansar no es para ti, hay musica hasta altas horas de la noche y ruido desde temprano. El bano aunque es privado esta fuera de la habitacion en un area compartida, la cerradura no funcionaba y eso da un poco de incertidumbre si alguien mas entra mientras no estas.

Would not book again and would not recommend. Bad experience from the start. Made to wait on streets as no front desk. Was not aware of this. Fabio had contacted me via email that morning to ask for arrival time but we were on plane. Girl that arrived late 30mins later told us that they have been trying to contact us via email many times..don't appreciate being lied to. And that they apparently called my local phone number to find out check in. Why would you call someone's local phone when they are overseas. Only one email that morning. Quality of rooms bare and bathroom poor. Noisy pipes and doors are bad.. “local cusine" breakfast is a pastry and coffee. Very underwhelmed.

I am very sorry for this judgment. Allow me to write you a few things: 1) The delay, as you call it, starts because of you. Provide an incorrect number at the time of booking and it is therefore impossible for us to know what time you will be staying at our facility. We are only waiting for you to make yourself heard. I manage a B&B not a hotel with the 24 hour concierge in the building so if you don't provide me with a time to present my colleague I find it difficult to organize check-in ... so the time to arrive is then you can stay safely. 2) Poor bathroom is the first time I hear it but as they say the customer is always right ... so I'll try to improve. Location was great, and the size of the room was great as well, but other than that I don’t have many positives for this experience. We were contacted by the booking person the morning of, asking when we would be arriving as there is no front desk. I had given an approximate time. He stated his colleague will be waiting and to give a 30 minute notice, but I mentioned this is not a guarantee s WiFi was a hit and miss. 20 minutes after landing I had messages from his colleague, Samira, stating she has been waiting and waiting all day. This was frustrating as anyone who has travelled Rome knows the traffic is horrible from the airport. I told her to communicate with her colleague as I explained everything to him. Yet again she messaged asking where we were and stating she has been waiting. I told her we are doing the best we can. Upon arriving, she was frustrated, and her English was not great. At all. She couldn’t understand or communicate with questions we had. The bathroom is down the hall from the room and does not lock on the outside so even though it is ‘yours’ anyone can use it in reality. We asked for extra towels, she said there are none. There were no toiletries or extra toilet paper. The bottom drawer in the bathroom had a puddle of water. I would not book here again just due to the poor customer service.

Really nice apartment in great location for Trastevere. Super clean and close to main attractions, bring your own shampoo because they forget to provided it even if you ask.

Nice and clean room with a separate bathroom for a great price, although we booked just 2 days before arrival, good restaurants nearby and just about 20 - 25 min. walk to the Colloseum. The host was really helpful too.

Noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza che prevedeva il bagno, ma in realtà il bagno era completamente staccato dalla stanza, in porta separata. Quindi ho pagato per un servizio non esistente.

La ubicación, limpieza y estado de las instalaciones es muy buena. El personal muy amable. Lo malo es que el baño (privado) está fuera de la habitación y alguno no tiene llave por fuera. El desayuno es mejorable (solo entra cafe y 1 pieza de bollería industrial. No hay opción a tostada, lo tienes que pagar a parte)

Muchas gracias ... la puerta del baño se cierra desde el interior siendo una puerta de ataúd. Y el desayuno es un tipo clásico de desayuno que, en relación con el costo de la reserva, me parece correcto.
