An Exclusive Private Palazzo in the Heart of Rome

Located just steps from the Trevi Fountain, Trevi Signature Penthouse offers the rare opportunity to stay in an independent three-story palazzo on Via San Marcello. Designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and style, the property combines contemporary design with original architectural details and classic elements.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area with a marble table, and a bright living room furnished with a curated selection of design pieces and antiques. A striking skylight brings natural light into the living area, highlighting the spacious layout and refined atmosphere.

This level also includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, designed for accessibility.

The lower level features a leisure area with a private pool table and a fully equipped laundry room, offering additional space for relaxation and convenience.

The upper floor hosts three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two rooms offer queen-size beds, while the master suite features a distinctive round king-size bed. The wide, elegant staircase connecting the levels is a notable architectural feature, enhancing the sense of space and flow throughout the property.

Trevi Signature Penthouse offers privacy, independence, and refined interiors in one of Rome’s most central and prestigious locations — ideal for travelers looking for a discreet yet luxurious Roman experience.

Awesome location and such a great apartment! It was even better than the pictures. Plenty of space with a great rooftop to relax at. Would highly recommend given the proximity of trevi fountain!
