We had a terrible experience here. The staff were completely unresponsive. We accidentally set off the help alarm in the shower which kept us up at night and nobody came to help nor fix it (also concerning if there was an actual emergency). Other than that the property is loud and the bed is uncomfortable. The shower clogged after 2 uses as well. Would never stay here again.

When we checked in the room was so hot. We called the guy and it will not be turned until mid may. There are no enough toilet paper left. There was no response to some basic questions

The good: Location is very convenient; the room is clean and spacious; check in was very easy. The bad: We had a ground room floor, and it was loud. Between noisy neighbours coming and going at every hour, noisy pedestrians, cars driving past, service vehicles stopping and idling, sleep was impossible. The room was also extremely hot. The thermostat reached 29 degrees: hotter than outside. And the air conditioning seem to do anything when it was activated, which made sleep even more difficult. We sent a message asking how to operate the thermostat, but didn't get a response. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Finally, our room wasn't serviced during the stay. We had to go buy more toilet paper.

Die Unterkunft liegt recht günstig, um Rom auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten den Raum im Dachgeschoss und die Klimaanlage war defekt. Bei 35 C sehr unschön.

Great place, amazing location.

Amazing place. Modern and well decorated. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the double bed unit fit us just fine. The location was incredible. Walking distance to shopping, coffee, amenities and main historical landmarks in Rome. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

The property is in a nice neighborhood and many taxis that wait at the piazza Popolo making it very easy to get around. The room was clean and the service was very accommodating to our special needs. We lost an expensive item at the room and they held it for us. The only negative is that the main bed is a bit hard.

Nos fue bien, es un poco complicado el chekin porque tienes que leer todas las instrucciones que te envian por WhatsApp y conseguir el número para abrir la puerta de Entrada que es Numero 28 puerta Verde, y checar bien concuerde tu llave con la habitación que te estan rentando las camas son incomodas pero esta limpio.

It fine nothing more

We booked the room on the top floor. Stated it had a shower in what’s included in the room and it doesn’t, it’s an attachment on the bath that you can’t connect anywhere and held down by tape. One of the mattress was pretty worn out and could feel the springs. TV wouldn’t turn on but we didn’t need that as we didn’t spend much time in the room, we just wanted to check out Italian programming before bed and couldn’t. There was a constant beeping noise from a locked cupboard below our room, heared it all night and went off all day you can’t do anything about it, it disturbed our sleep. The room was worn but it’s a three star property so it’s to be expected. For what we needed for a room in Rome for it was fine. Great location for seeing all the sites and the metro is close.

Great location

Interesting stay as we never met any service staff. Communication via WhatsApp and picked up key from building entryway. We had the basement room. Room was nice but I didn’t like having no windows. Otherwise location was great, and room was clean and comfortable.
