Very modern Upgraded. Very clean. Very quiet and silent The staff was great : very helpful, protest and friendly. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops around, as well gelatos Great place to stay in Rome after you have done the major touristic attractions and you want to explore other areas of Rome . Well connected with Metro and Termini train station We will be back without a doubt.

La regadera tenía una sola puerta, mucha agua en el piso del baño, la recepción está a 600 mts de distancia, aunque siempre te contestan y atienden. La llave y el pago de los impuestos se dejan en efectivo en la habitación. Todo muy limpio y funcional, sin problemas. Excelente Ubicación, un poco lejos el Metro

Nice stay, good deal considering the location, friendly staff! Wifi wasnt working due to some maintenance, Else comfortable stay. Great, we could keep our bags for an entire day after check out. Good to know: A little walk around for collecting the keys.

Front desk staff was terrific! There was a sewer-like smell in the room which became a little better when we ran water down all the drains, especially the "hot tub", which isn't a hot tub but a bathtub. We decided to try it but it was taking too long to fill up and the water wasn't particularly hot, so we gave up.

The only thing I didn't like was that the actual rooms are not in the address that shows in their profile, so get ready to walk or grab a taxi once they give you the keys. The room was clean, modern, good, new, comfortable, and I personally recommend this place to stay in Rome.

The A/C was leaking, the shower door was missing the other half to be able to close so water when showering doesn't get to the floor. The front desk was helpful, though he offered to move us to another room on the second day which we can't coz we were already about to leave for the tour when he responded to my message sent the night prior. There was no follow through the following day, 3rd day.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY. The check in is a 15 minute walk away from the actual property, we didn't realize this. Had to take 3 total ubers to finally get the key and enter the property. The property has a poorly constructed elevator, where if the door isn't closed by other residents, you can't call it. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to close the elevator to call it back down. The property is badly managed, deteriorated, and dirty. On expedia it is advertised as a hotel, it is not. They advertise for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, it doesn't exist. The thermastat for the room was broken, we sat in our sweat in 90 degree weather at night. The hot tub in the room was broken. Street construction surrounds this property, noisy, inconvenient. Condescending, rude, front desk. Acted like it was my fault that their expedia advertisements is false and misleading.

Perfect location close to the centre of the city. The room is small but has most facilities. The price per night is relatively high and hence one expects a very good accommodation. The reality differs from the expectation. The room needs tender love and care. The bathroom needs repair so that smell of sewer no longer is present. The room itself as well is in need of repair, for example the hole in the wall next to door.
