This is an excellent property. It’s very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great free buffet in the morning in the location is excellent.

At first, you see the vintage doors iand elevator, which we found so quaint. Then you check in and your rooms are nice, modern, and spacious, above all that, the view was perfect. One of the rooms we had had a balcony and we could not be happier.

Nice old building with old fashioned lift. Secure entry using electronic key fob. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Room was also air conditioned which gave you a break from 30+ degrees outside. Room had a valuables safe but it wasn't secured to anything so you could carry it out of room! Handy tabacchi a few doors away where you could purchase bus tickets. Walking distance from Pantheon. 10 minute bus ride from Colosseum. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you going for a while. You could also keep your bags there after checkout if you had later flight. I would recommend and would stay again.

Staff were very helpful, informative, and easy to communicate with. The rooms were very clean and nice sizes. We had a family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kiddos. Perfect location for walking to many sights, eating, and shopping areas. Perfect for our stay. Would stay again!

The property is not a regular hotel- they have suites inside s building on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was horrible, building was very dirty and the room was super small. The smell coming from the bathroom was terrible. They said 24h prior my arrival if we were to arrive after 8pm- they would charge Adirondack 50 euros to have someone there to open the door for is. The noise from the street is super loud. Could not sleep! The staff is polite, buddies place is a trap!

We stayed at 4 different properties in 4 different Italian cities during our time in Rome, and this was by far our favorite. The location was great (a 15-20 min walk to the Colosseum), the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was comfortable. We stayed in room that got subdivided into 2 “rooms” (no door, but a walkway). It was perfect for our family. My husband and I had a double sized bed while the 3 kids each had a single. There was the ability to have one more single if needed. The bathroom was nice, the AC worked well, and the internet worked. Breakfast was very nice with coffee for adults and hot chocolate for kids, and an assortment of pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheeses. There *is* a tiny elevator, but the stairs were very reasonable and doable. Note that there were a few steps from the lobby to the elevator in case your mobility prohibits the use of any stairs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend if to others.

The room with the singles. The two twins each had a trundle.

Great stay at Vittoriano suites, the staff (Gabi) really made it special! Room has everything you need, fridge, AC, slippers, comfortable beds and it’s within walking distance of all major attractions. Breakfast is very simple with coffees made to order.

Für zwei Tage ok, aber nicht länger. Die Lage ist Perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ob nur das den doch hohen Preis gerechtfertigt ist eine andere Sache.. Frühstücken im Flur ist echt nicht OK, keine Entspannung, eher stressig, weil die nachkommende Gäste einfach keinen Platz haben. Dann lieber kein Frühstück anbieten, leider war nicht abwählbar bei Buchung. Sehr Laut, da direkt an der Straße. Fenster zum Innenhof einfach verglast, dadurch sind die Klimageräusche fast immer da, stört abends und nachts sehr. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht.
