Great Location and Upscale Apt.

Loved the location, great area and in the middle of everything! With Restaurants being down the block, surprisingly peaceful while hanging out on the balconies. Apartment is even nicer than the pics. Very nice building, very nice area, very clean and updated. Elevator takes you right to your apartment - very cool! Great apartment - has to be one of the best in Rome!

Well located apartment

Overall our stay was positive. Our concierge was very helpful in arranging our transfers and welcoming our arrival. The apartment was well situated close to sites as well as a nearby grocery store and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Outdoor sitting areas very comfortable. We would rate 5 stars except for the supply of air conditioning which was OK in the hallways and living room but non-functioning in the bedrooms. Management is aware of our experience and so I think these conditions will be addressed before next guests.

Great Apartment in Rome!

The apartment was great, we had a bit of an issue with the A/C in one of the rooms during very high summer heat. The manager quickly sent a repairman to work on it. That did improve the situation although the A/C wasn't super cold it did the job. That week we were in Rome was extremely hot so this is probably true for most places. Overall an excellent location and very nice apartment.

Wonderful stay at the Condotti Penthouse! Very spacious, well decorated, perfect location walkable to anywhere in Rome, quiet, large bathrooms, very attentive management. Great restaurants and shopping outside the front door. Would definitely stay again if fortunate to return for another visit!

Nice apartment close to Spanish Steps

Very nicely appointed apartment very close to the Spanish Steps. Rooftop terrace has a nice view of the buildings overlooking the steps. The place is clean and has everything a family would need for a stay in Rome. Plenty of restaurants and high end shopping close by. Management was very communicative and helpful. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
