Overall, our stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that affected the experience. The air conditioning did not work during our first night, which made it very uncomfortable and caused us to wake up several times due to the heat. In addition, the door access system was frustrating and became a recurring inconvenience every time we needed to enter the property. Another important detail that should be disclosed more clearly is the location access. Taxis and rideshare services cannot reach the front entrance and must drop off and pick up guests about a block away, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage. On the positive side, the property is updated, clean, and located in a central area with easy access to many attractions. However, the overall operation feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There is no front desk, no on-site staff, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp. This should be stated more clearly in the listing so guests know what to expect before booking. While the property has some positive features, greater transparency about the access, service model, and transportation limitations would help set more accurate expectations for future guests.

Great location. 25 minute walk to both the Vatican or Colosseum. Just a few minutes to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Nuova. Each morning a fresh produce market right out the main entry and converted to restaurant each evening frequented by locals for a leisurely dinner.

This apartment was great for our needs. It was in a fantastic location, was nice and clean, and had comfortable beds. I would stay again if I was in Rome. There is a great restaurant adjacent with tons of outdoor seating (eat there if you get a chance). When we arrived it was packed and I was worried about the noise, but you couldn't hear a thing in the apartment. We arrived at night and it is definitely tricky to get into the first time (especially if you are from the US and not familiar with these types of locks) but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. Also, hosts were very responsive so make sure you have their number in your phone in case you have questions!
