The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the decorating was clearly done by an amateur! Maybe the hotel inspector needed for the rooms at this price. We didn’t buy breakfast but were given coffee and cereal.

My room was excellent. Very clean and fresh. The staff are so friendly, helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying for work but if I was to go back to Peppa Pig World, then this is the place to stay as it is right on the doorstep and definitely a great place to stay.

Love this place

Excellent place to stay. We went to Peppa Pig World for multiple days, and really enjoyed the beatiful and comfortable place to stay. Food was also great. Staff was super friendly. Was our 2nd stay and will come back!

Hotel building is attractive and inviting. The bar area is large and comfortable. The inter a hotel spaces are a little tired, and my room was clean and functional, but the bed was very hard.

Sausage was not cooked still half of it was raw.pancakes nice.Shower in room didn’t work properly.Not enough staff on the Saturday night for our Xmas party,but in all fairness they did have a wedding in the function room.
