“First off I want to say that the staff was great, the airport shuttle runs on a pretty clean schedule and there is a very good Thai restaurant here. That however is about all the good things I have to say about the property. It had a pervasive odor of human waste throughout the lobby and hallways. In the room there was quite a lot of poorly repaired damages to the walls. The room rate for the night we needed was low so I guess we got what we paid for. ”

“Everything in the room was either missing or broken and had a layer of filth on it. I am afraid to question what the stain on the sheets was. The bottom of the bathtub is breading. I tried to phone the front desk to no avail and had to go down just to get the wifi password. ”

“My socks were really dirty from the floor in my room and the dresser in my room had a drawer that was struck open so you had to walk around it. ”

“3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. ”

“Airport shuttle was great and the drivers were very kind, accommodating,and efficient. Proximity to the airport is great. Staff was nice and very helpful but the hotel itself is very rundown, I had to switch rooms because my shower did not work, and it wasn't super clean. The breakfast was basically toast and cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not very good. Fortunately, I was only there one night. ”
