The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Villa was centrally located in the Veneto region, which was ideal for visiting our relatives. The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra).
