“We decided on this hotel due to location unaware the amount of traffic surounding the hotel is hectic due to bridge crossings on either side. I must say it was an "excellent" decision due to the customer service we received. From the General manager to the cleaning crew absolutly everyone went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one! Everyone took time to stop and say heĺlo with such a heartfelt demeanor! This hotel was clean, comfortable and would highly recommend if your in Bay……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. ”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”
