“It was a little loud because there were multiple youth soccer teams staying for a tournament. But there’s not a lot the staff could have done about it.”

“Well, first of all, when I went into my room, the toilet seat was broke. Secondly, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and I was on the third floor. And third, the elevator had no light in it. So when door shut, it was totally dark”

“The person who works the day shift is kind and helpful. The owner has a tendency to be short with clients, cuts off patrons while they are speaking, and needs guidance in providing quality customer service. The room was fine; however, it is time for new carpet. The toilet/shower room is extremely small. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and clean.”

“The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice.”

“Travel three hours just to get a break and was not notified. The property was being remodeled and there would be no pool or hot tub.. a complete and total waste”
