「Everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn Express (IHG) exceeded expectations—especially for a smaller town.
The night front desk associate was courteous and professional, and the morning staff were just as welcoming. I want to especially recognize Falethia (I may have misspelled her name), who was incredibly helpful in every way.
