“We loved stargazing from the deck - amazing night sky (especially with binoculars)! The cabin was very comfortable and had adequate supplies for cooking basic meals. The location is VERY remote, which we frequently look for. A mid-point for exploring both Acadia/Bar Harbor and the Bold Coast - Quoddy Head, Lubec, Western Head Preserve and East Port.”

“If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway then this is it! The house itself was immaculate, not to mention the waterfront location and private beach. The house was equipped with anything and everything you would need. Traveling with our 11 month old, we especially appreciated the full-sized crib and highchair. There were so many cozy places to sit and relax, our favorites were the outdoor firepit and the sunroom. The location was perfect for us. We visited the local goat farm for cheese,……

“Maine is our favorite place to be. This property was great. Tons of shade, a beautiful lake, dock, fire pit.. we had a blast. Even swam in a rainstorm and it was beautiful!! We visited Eastport and fell in love with a small little fishing town. Jasper beach was BEAUTIFUL even in the fog, such a special place. A week of serenity and relaxation, Thank you Katie for offering your property to guests!!”

“We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park.”

“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”
