"We arrived around 8 pm. We had contacted them because we were not sure if we could check in on time, but that was no problem at all. We were received very friendly. "Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also accessible for adults. For someone who is used to mexicos all inclusive, breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge variety like Mexico but the lunch and dinner beats the one in Mexico honestly! The hotel also organizes excursions and they’re great. What I loved about the resort is the cafe, you go in enjoy coffee, icecream, and desserts anytime from 11-6. I recommend choosing the all inclusive option so you can enjoy unlimited à la carte specially during lunch and dinner. The night vibes are very nice- all guests dress very chic for dinner, followed by entertainment that is also kids friendly. I recommend you walk by the marina at night to explore the cute shops and restos around. Service was amaaazing, wish if I can name each person to thank!! Special thanks to Ari, Ricci, Andreas, Eber, Aldo, Iri, Eric :)"

"Had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel that’s right on the beach. The staff are lovely and it was probably the most relaxing experience we’ve had on a summer holiday. The main hotel is dated but that’s a side issue as it’s very clean and well maintained. Food is excellent with a vast array of options for everyone. The bar staff are wonderful too."

"A really lovely hotel that we are looking at booking again. Came with my friend and my two children for 7 nights, all inclusive. Room was lovely and spacious with a huge bed for my friend and I and the sofa bed was big for the girls. Nice and clean and kitchen was good. Few ants in the bath most days but we washed them away. Had a lovely room away from the main pool and entertainment and it was nice and quiet. Kids pool was where we spent most our pool days as it was quieter than the bigger one! And oddly not really any screaming kids! Felt like our own private pool at times Very very few early morning sun lounger hoggers which was refreshing. We popped towels down when we went for breakfast at 9ish and there were still a few free. Food is ok. Breakfast great, lunches and dinners just a bit hit and miss. Sometimes lots to eat and other times not a huge amount that was nice. Different themes each evening and there was always something being freshly cooked which my friend and I liked."
