Cozy but worn

The house itself is s bit worn out and very sparsely decorated. We had a great time there especially because of a very nice pool - but be prepared for authentic and not very comfy interior. The location is great. The house sits a few hundred metres from the beach and supermarket and just 45/60 minutes from Cannes/Nice Friendly and flexible host. The house is amazing for bringing kids and relaxing since everything is not super posh.

Alles wunderbar, schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Im Ort Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ortsstrand sehr schön, mit Dusche.Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort!

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das schöne Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch waren wir schnell am Strand. Von der Terasse aus sieht man das Meer. Unterhalb der Terrasse war ein verwildertes Gelände, dieses war von Wildschweinen gut besucht. Hier wäre ein Zaun angebracht, denn die Wildschweine könnten auch auf die Terrasse kommen. Es gibt viele Stechmücken, allerdings kommt man mit Autan und Insektensteckern zurecht. Eine Ausstattung mit Fliegengittern wäre wünschenswert, leider war nur ein kaputtes da.

Alles tipptopp, Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns sogar den Müll entsorgt, weil wir ohne Auto kamen.

ruhig, schöne Poolanlage

schöne Poolanlage, Liegestühle und Kissen etwas schmutzig und alt. Wohnraum gediegen, Küche gut eingerichtet. Grosses Bad. Wir wolten die Buchung bis zum 05.01.2022 verlängern. Interhome Zürich hat es als nicht möglich taxiert, obwohl nach uns am 01.01.2021 keine neue Mieter angemeldet waren.

Belle maison mais auprès des sangliers!

les + : Maison très jolie, très belle vue, proche mer et commerces EN VOITURE. Cuisine fonctionnelle.belle suite parentale, Superbe Piscine Les - : attente du lit BB jusqu'à 21h30 .... Cuisine extérieure sale ménage non fait. Dans la maison ménage très approximatif. Lit du 1er étage en mauvais état(matelas). GROS SOUCIS :SANGLIERS PRESENTS TOUS LES SOIRS autour de la maison : Grosse frayeur et poubelle renversée, la villa n'est pas du tout clôturée.

Excellent accueil , simple facile et très convivial. Location intime et très peu de vis a vis.bien située. Équipement général correct mais quelque peut vieillissant ( Vaisselle et ustensiles , équipement transats et mobilier jardin). Dans l ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix.

Tolle Aussicht : Superbe vue

Ein tolles Haus, das innen sehr geräumig ist. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und geräumige Schränke. Die Matratzen im Obergeschoss lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig – hier ist aber ein Ersatz schon eingeplant. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind ausreichend groß. Die Terrasse ist super und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Neben dem großen Pool ist ausreichend Platz für Liegen oder zum Essen – es gibt auch einige Plätze, die den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegen.

gut: Sauberkeit sehr gut, Übergabe sehr gut, Sprache Englisch, toller Meerblick, gute Einrichtung, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Geschirr.schlecht: Kleine Dusche! Man mußte in der Badewanne duschen ohne Vorhang, das ganze Bad war danach naß. Sonnenschirme sehr wackelig, keine richtigen Schirmständer, im Außenbereich dtl. Abwassergeruch, Schuhschrank/Regal im Abstellraum wäre zu empfehlen.

Belle Villa mais un manque d'équipements et d'entretiens

Cette villa est une belle structure mais manque plusieurs points qui rendraient excellent le séjour : clim au moins dans les chambres (moustiques ++), alarme piscine non fonctionnelle, pompe piscine non opérationnelle 24/24 (la chaussette est saturée rapidement), transat au nombre de 6 pour 8 personnes, problème du tri des déchets extrêmement difficile et pas possible de déposer les ordures pour le ramassage devant la villa (sangliers !) obligation de porter en ville. Pas d'état des lieux, plusieurs appareils ménagers en fin de vie, matelas vieillissants. Nous n'avons pas eu ni le WI FI ni la télé pendant 15 jours : orage a grillé la livebox et la personne gérante n'a pas réussi à résoudre le problème.

Sehr schönes Haus. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett.Sehr sauber alles. Pool super. Kleinere Reparaturen nötig, aber haben unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchitgt.Man ist schnell am Meer und bei einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit.Einfach toll.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte...

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nicht gemäß Info von Inter Chalet, schlechte Einweisung von der Dame, Poolbeauftragter kam nicht zur Wartung des Pools,wie wir am Ende des Aufenthalts erfahren haben, Fußmatte vor der Eingangstür könnte erneuert werden, diese hat keinen reinigenden Effekt mehr, bei diesen Mietpreisen sollte dies machbar sein, die von den Wildschweinen ins Gelände gezogenen Müllbeutel und Reste könnten eingesammelt und entsorgt werden, dadurch sieht es sehr ungepflegt aus neben dem Haus. DasHaus selber entsprach genau den von Ihnen gezeigten Bildern, es ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.

Schlüsseihalter nicht pünktlic...

Schlüsseihalter nicht pünktlich, kam 45 Minuten zu spät und hatte keinen Schlüssel für das Tor. Musste Schlüssel holen und haben uns dann für 18.00 Uhr wieder verabredet, gekommen ist man dann wieder mit 45 Minuten Verspätung. Das Haus ist schön und dieLage ist auch gut. Außenanlagen ungepflegt und nicht sauber bei Ankunft. Reisetipps: Mit der grünen Fähre nach st. Tropez .Nach Cannes sowie zum Canyon de verdon

Positiv:– Tolle Lage und in einer ruhigen GegendNegativ:– Das Kücheninventar dreckig und zum Teil nicht brauchbar. Dampfabzug stank nach Fett und musste zuerst gereinigt werden.– Vor Ort Betreuerin unzuverlässig und schlecht erreichbar. Kümmert sich definitiv nicht um die Anliegen der Gäste. Bei der Überabe des Hauses nicht anwesend (kam die Mutter), bei der Abgabe 2 Minuten Zeit. War massiv verspätet.– Es stank zweitweise um das Haus .– Abfall eine Woche neben dem Pool bis er endlich weggeräumt wurde.– Glaskeramik war zerschlagen und notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert.– Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken.– WC Spülung hatte 10 Minuten zum nachlaufen und leckt.– Kein Duschvorhang– Matratzen durchgelegen.– Liegestühle alt und teilweise nicht mehr brauchbar.– Steckdose hing aus der Wand. Für Kinder nicht geeignet da gefährlich.– Lichtschalter surrte und hatte Wackelkontakt.– Zum Teil keine Licht da viele Glühbirnen defekt.– Gartenstühle zum Teil schräg und nicht mehr brauchbar.– WLAN Acces–Pin ging nicht. Somit kein Internetzugang.Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Haus. Leider wurden innert 2 Jahren manche Mängel nicht behoben. Wir werden das Haus nicht mehr buchen
