The ground floor features a spacious entrance hall with a separate WC, a combined living and dining room, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find one room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and access to a terrace, as well as a children's room with two bunk beds (each 90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and another terrace exit.
