In the district of La Petite Afrique, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 1'850 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated, fenced (4 x 10 m, depth 160 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt water. Boules, parking (for 4 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 600 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "les Mouettes" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "La Gaillarde" 600 m, park "Areca" 3 km, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 300 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 8 km, tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 2 km.
