"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. "We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "
