“Excellent motel, will stay there again…”

“Clean room - excellent experience”

“Since we live 2 hours away, we spent one night here in order to be on time for a medical procedure at the nearby Marshfield Clinic fairly early the next morning. We found the room clean and comfortable, just what we needed. The heater in the room was quiet and kept an even temperature. Breakfast included waffles and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, rounding out the usual fare of cereal and breadstuffs. The pool area was locked but that wasn't a problem for us since we wouldn't have used it……

“The cabin was nice and quiet. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. The scenery was beautiful. There was really no decent place to park our pontoon trailer and the dock that was pictured online was not the dock for roadside 1 cabin. We had to ask the neighbor which dock to use. And the entry to the dock was over grown with lake weeds which made a tripping hazard. A friendly suggestion is to have a sign directing which dock to use. Also, we had to ask the neighbor as to where the garbage and……

“This property had everything we needed for the weekend we stayed. Quiet area, is basically a trailer community on a nice little lake about 3 minutes from town. There is a nice deck with grill and picnic table, saw several deer walking through the property. ”

“Couldn’t get into the rental for over 4 hours due to a dead battery on the combination lock. TV didn’t work and was misled about WIFI when I was texted I would get a password for WIFI. The shower was unsafe to use having to step over a bathtub with no grab bars to hold on to. The grounds around the cottage were unsafe with holes and uneven surfaces by the step to the porch and throughout the resort. We didn’t feel we could stay mostly because of the safety issues so we left in the early morning……

“My brother and I spent a lovely weekend fishing the chain. The cabin is in a perfect spot to allow us to dock for lunch and go right back out. We will be back next season.”

We knew the moment we arrived our stay wasn't going to be long enough!! It was truly spectacular and the views were phenomenal!! The queen bed was very comfortable and so supportive I couldn't believe it!! Their aim to please shows through and through! “This place is so cute! The retro feel makes it feel like home. The view was amazing. Listening to the tree frogs and watching the loons could not have been more enjoyable. Our youngest found a turtle and she said it was her luckiest day ever! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. It was a 10/10 stay!”

“This property is exactly as described as a cozy couples retreat. We spent a week at the property and felt right at home. The cabin is located in a beautiful setting with views and access to St. Germain Lake. We enjoyed the abundance of wildlife we encountered. “Had a good trip riding sleds. House was as good as advertised, only thing to caution if you bring multiple truck/trailers they won’t fit in the driveway. But the northern motel and cafe is next door and they let us park there which was very helpful. And their breakfast was great! Trail access was right at end of driveway and a great location for going in multiple directions. No issues renting again!”
